He understood the situation and made time to get the job done quickly, which we really appreciated. Throughout the whole process, he was thoughtful, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable. Its not always easy finding someone you can trust with your car, but Sean definitely earned that trust. Highly recommend him if you need reliable and honest work done!

The prices are fair, especially for the convenience of having someone come to you. They dont try to sell you a bunch of extra stuff either. Id recommend them to anyone!!

5 /5 Kent Lidke: My mother found AutoNation while looking for a service that could come to her residence to do a battery replacement. At first she got stuck at the point in the process where you have to receive a text to confirm something. She’s lived a lot of life and a lot of years but never bothered with texting. Fortunately I was able to log on and do that part for her. I left the phone number set to mine since I figured they might communicate by text on the day of the visit. I wasn’t sure if that would cause problems, but fortunately Sean was very understanding and helpful, and had no problem finding and contacting my mother. She said he was very nice and a great representative of the company. All the work went smoothly, and Sean was even able to knock a substantial amount off the quoted price once he was able to evaluate the situation in person. If you or a loved one is past that point in life where you can do your own maintenance, I (and my mother) highly recommend Ft Myers AutoNation, and Sean in particular. Thanks Sean!
