christopher wilson I understand exactly why there’s going out of business, I just left from an alignment job. My truck still pulls to the right, steering wheel is still crooked. And I specifically stated (twice) I placed a new track bar on my truck that would need to be adjusted, they didn’t touch it. The owner even drove it for 10 mins for his approval, well his approval is useless apparently. When I called with my complaints, he offered for me to bring it back, but what’s the use he thinks it’s good. So then he hung up on me.

Went up there today, no one would come to door. Someone was picking up their car and said they were told that they were calling everyone to come get their vehicle. Took ours home, but we need our keys. Going back up there tomorrow. Have use them before but never again.

A. Thompson TERRIBLE! They do bad work and treat their customers awful! Wish I could give zero stars! They ran my sons exhaust up against the brake lines causing them to melt. He lost all his brake fluid and brakes didnt work properly. He could have died! They blew it off at first then said they fixed it. But now every time the truck is up on a lift the exhaust hangers break. They have too much pressure on them so obviously it still isnt run right. They refuse to correct their mistakes and their welds look terrible too.Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!

StevFestTV Great mechanic, but not so great employees. I took my vehicles here for years, trusting the owner to take care of them as he had always done a decent job. I took my pickup truck in once for some work because I would be travelling in it a lot. They recommended a complete front end replacement. I agreed. Less than 2 days later the owner is calling me off the hook trying to rush payment saying he cant pay his employees, when normally he wouldnt be done with one of my vehicles for weeks (guess the expensive job motivated him). Less than 2 weeks later my brakes completely lost power on the highway the lines were snapped because of how the mechanic twisted it around the control arms when doing the front end. Had to pay a dealership $500 to fix it 2 hours away after paying this shop $1500 for the initial repairs. Normally a great shop, but if the owner isnt doing the work or supervising over it directly the quality and safety just isnt there. Luckily I was only going 50MPH when my brakes failed and Im still here to write this today.

It in fact was not. They treated me with respect, found the issue and resolved it, something that would have taken me hours to even troubleshoot. Not only did they resolve it, they did it on my timeline due to child care needs. My timeline! Super fast, super knowledgeable. I cant express in words the type of relief they brought me. Gateway To Florida Security After Gerber “so-called” repaired my vehicle that was in a collision, the under-shield fell off and a lug nut is cross threaded on the stud on the right front side of my car. I called Gerber because they were the last two one to work on my car, (front right side). Tonya going to tell me what I should have, could have, would have done and that they guarantee their work. Well she didn’t lie. They guarantee to mess up. So if you have them work on your vehicle, please take it to another mechanic to make sure it is done right.

I stopped in because my tire was flat… They could’ve said anything… They could’ve said I needed a new tire or whatever… It was a small repair and they didn’t even charge me for the labour… Then they let me change my generator OIL for my mobile home on their property during the day before hurricane Milton. I am so grateful that there are good folks in business these days like these folks at advanced tire… I cannot say enough good about them!
