Kristy Clark-Doskocil A little bit of a disconnect when we were communicating at first. However, the service and professionalism made up for it. This has by far been the better automotive experience since moving here. Joey, takes time to test drive the vehicle after the service even if a tech has done it. He goes through each repair and will discuss what may or may not need to be completed. They fixed an issue that another local shop created and you can tell the difference when driving my truck. Plus, the military discount is always appreciated!

Ammie Bodiford Awful! We will never use this mechanic again. Dropped our truck off in January and didnt get it back until late March ($2800 Bill). Immediately there was a different issue than what we took it for. Didnt even get home, turned around and took it back and they say they cant find any issue. Went so far as to to clear the check engine light that came on when we left the first time, (diagnosis that a cylinder was miss firing) but they say that there were no issues when they drove it. Picked it up today and same issue (Skipping).

Andy Kane These guys are great! Let me start with I was on vacation and from out of town. My heater core started leaking on my way from Georgia to Florida I brought my truck truck here for repair. I was kept well informed and was told the part was hard to get. They ordered the part from Dallas and ordered it overnight. The part did not come in on time and was called to inform me. They said they could bypass my heater core just to get me home. I said great do it and thank you. I picked my truck up and went back to my rental property. Three days later I noticed my truck running hot, added coolant and noticed leak near water pump. Brought it back to these guys and although I could tell they were very busy said they would look at it. Less than an hour later they said my water pump was leaking. Unfortunately they could not get one to fix it. Said it was a dealer only repair, said they would top off my coolant so I could make it to dealer. I offered to pay them for their time and they refused. If I ever need an auto repair in Crawfordville ever again I won’t go anywhere else.

Louis Behr Call last Thursday to schedule to bleed my brakes made appointment for 2PM today arrived early a was told "We dont make appointments and u need to leave for 2 to 3 days till we can get to me." Some service, not.

Meredith Destifino My daughter got in a small accident and ended up locking her keys in her car while in Panama City Kevin came out and unlocked her door but with an older vehicle the door ended up breaking and not opening so he made sure to get the parts to fix the problem and even met her back in Tallahassee!!! Excellent customer service and will highly recommend their services again

Jessica Dowdy Kevin was wonderful! Me and my daughter were on vacation and got a flat tire. He saved our vacation and the headache of having to go to a tire shop. He was super quick and really friendly! Highly recommend

Marshall Gibson He came out quickly and got my new alternator working right after I didnt put it in correctly. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing some mechanic work done.

Phoenix Dragon Eli worked on my senior mothers car. My mom raved about how nice he was and he explained everything to her and even showed her what the problem was. Originally we thought it was a fuel injector as that’s what the auto part store said the code was when he tested it. As Eli started working on the car he quickly noticed that it was just chewed wires from either mice or squirrels. He was able to fix it quickly and get mom back out on the road. I highly recommend him to anyone and will be saving his number in case we ever need a mechanic again.

Eric Lavalle The manager was an excellent representative for Firestone. Talking with her about my vehicles needs was a refreshing breathe of fresh air, easy to deal with in every way. The technicians were very professional, and knowledgeable. The whole process was transparent, and I will always trust Firestone to do all my vehicle services from this day forward. Christy Stokes I will be back! Staff is very friendly and professional. They greeted me with a cold bottle of water and offered me one when I left. They were all very nice! They told me what I needed (air filter) in addition to my oil change. Great service!!

Chad Smith These folks built my truck in Feb of 2021 couldnt have been happier they always take care of my ride. Being a mechanic and knowing the ins and outs of a shop I held these guys to a very high standard being I only do things one way and thats 100 percent everytime I do something these guys exceeded my expectations back then and still do to this day Im very glad to call them friends and will be the only place my duramax ever goes period. Forgot to mention i have 65k miles on my build and i still love this ole truck cause of these folks. Best of the best hand down if ya need your diesel fixed dont hesitate on these folks here they will do right by whoever walks in

J Ring If I could, I would have given this business no stars. Jims Mobile Repair was working on our sailboat in Carrabelle, FL in April and May of 2016. When his bill arrived, I questioned some of the charges in a polite letter to him and paid a portion of the bill. His letter of reply was unprofessional to put it lightly. A week later, at the marina, he confronted my partner, Tim and told him in a threatening manner that I better come over and see him face to face. I did not go over to talk with him. Now, he is spreading rumors through out the boating community. He is over priced and is not accountable for his work.

Chris Mathews I had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting Mike after a tow company (5 Star Towing) decided to damage the roof of my car on their roll back. It was unfortunate because of the situation, but Mike made it non stressful. Anyways, Mike was pleasant, courteous and communicative during the process. He made sure I was happy every step of the way. Emailing pictures, calls and updating me constantly. I will definitely bring any other vehicles that ever need body work back to him. Thanks for all you did in getting my Expedition back to normal and you guys did excellent work!

Bob Mullinax I recently had four new ties mounted. They were very fairly priced and i was thoroughy delighted with the entire experience. The manager and service men were courteous, accomodating, prompt and highly skilled. I give it an A+!

DJ Truffle butter This is definitely one of the best car repair shops in Tallahassee! The staff were very friendly and gave me all the options to choice for my certain issue. They did not try to up charge me or recommend stuff I didn’t need. Really fast service on my car (got it back the next day). Any issues with your car, please bring it to this shop! They will treat you good and give the best prices on service. Will definitely come back here if I have any issues with a car!

Stephanie Trotter Theyre fantastic. I have a green works battery powered mower (3 years old). I didnt know what was wrong (poor maintenance on my part) but my insurance recommended this location and Im glad they did. Not only did they discover the issue but taught me how to repair and maintain my machine better. Highly recommend.

Tyson Folsom I took in my truck to get it serviced, and the front end aligned since I had an upper A arm replaced. I was told that before they would align my front end, I had to pay $900 for additional front-end work. I asked if they could just do their best without doing all the additional work. I was told no, they would not. And their guy "eyeballed it," and it was close enough without the additional work. I am sure that there was a good reason, but those were the facts of the interaction. Take them as you will.

Id been dealing with a really annoying noise for months, and he was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue. Kory Baker I would like to give call away auto a huge shout out….i called yesterday because i had a hose hanging from under my vehicle, they said bring it on over and we will take a look at it , I asked if i could bring my 4 year old with me and of course they said we will put cartoons on for her ….when we arrived they put her favorite cartoons on and fixed my truck super fast and we were on our way….very sweet people and I highly recommend….i will be bringing our vehicles to them from now on….thank you for being so kind to us we really appreciate it

Cam Letts My wife’s car was overheating on her way home late at night. Lucky this place was only a few miles away. Dropped it off and put keys in drop box. Called the next morning to explain what happened. Of course there very busy as all shops are.. I was communicated within a few hours. next morning they said there going to try and fit me in.. fixed us up and all is good within 48 hours. This is a stand up company and the price was great for the service. Note… they have no idea I have a fleet of work vans and they just got my services from here in out! Outstanding business and very professional….
