Sharonda Thomas This was all just a bad experience! I called this place yesterday which was 6/11/2025 and asked the owner did they have my tire size..he said yes! They only had one! So I asked how much was the used tire..he told me 90 dollars..I said ok..and asked him could I come tomorrow to get the tire put on..which is today..he said yes..but he informed me that he wasn’t gonna be there..but his brother and another gentleman would be there to put the tire on for me..I said ok..I’m here..been here since 3:00 pm..and these men clearly don’t know what they’re doing! It’s 3 men here..all 3 fighting to get this tire on the rim! And they haven’t succeeded yet!! The brother came and told me that he’s sorry but they not qualified to put tires on! (Huh) tf!! So why are any of you here working at this tire shop!!?? Bad business!! Never again!!! I give this business a flat out 0! Bad service!!

Jennifer Capps I went there and got two used tires... One of them was bad and they refuse to replace it with a new one .. not to mention the used tires were 7 years old he sold me. I found this out a few days after the fact. The point is if you sell someone a tire that is no good you should definitely replace it with a different used tire. I will not be back to their shop again. And would not recommend to anyone ever!!!!

Angela My car stopped working so I called B & B, Billy came and got my car going within minutes. My car did need a new battery. I went out to get a new one and stopped by Billys shop and he took out the old battery and he put the new one in. B & B auto repair is THE best! If you have car issues B & B is the place to call. Chris Sasser I was traveling from Sarasota to PCB Dec 30 on vacation from Chicago. My car overheated near Inglis, FL. I had it towed to B&B expecting the worse, and for it to take days because of the holiday. I was called on the 31st that it was ready, and it was my water pump. They had it repaired in the half day they were open for New Years Eve, and for a very fair price. I cant recommend Billy and Amanda enough.

William Davis I had both motor mounts broke. I was trying to do it myself. I was able to get one out but it took 4 hours. Seeing that this was to much for me to handle. My girlfriend called David and he sent a couple guys over. They gave me a fair price and got to work. They did the work right there in my yard. I sat out there with them. They told me of some other issues I had. That I know about. Just have not got to yet. They gave me a good price on that and we made arrangements to do that work. At another time. I watched them as they did the work. They made it look easy. They was done in no time. As fast as they came. They was off again. Heading to help someone else. I have Already planned on using them again. Good bunch of guys. Who do good work for a good price and in a timely manner.

Michelle Fournier I drive a 2015 mini paceman. My ac was not cold. I saw some local reviews of Facebook about automotive shops in Perry. Most of them pointed to these guys. I brought it in and left early one morning. They told me how much they thought it would be to charge it . In the afternoon I picked up fully charged. When they handed me my bill. I was shocked! It was a lot less than what they quoted but the full shock was that they told me they put a special die in and asked me to come back in a week or so to see if it was leaking. I brought it back and left it for a few hours. I came back and they told me I had no leaks. How many places ask you to bring it back to make sure that there were no issues. I don’t know of any. By the way they didn’t ask for a dime. If my car needs anything. I will be bringing it to these guys. THANK YOU!

Susan Blair I received an estimate for the replacement of my passenger exterior mirror for my 2018 Honda Pilot. When they had given me the estimate I went ahead and paid for the repairs and parts per the estimate and waited for a call to tell me the parts had arrived and to bring my vehicle to be repaired. I took my car on a Tuesday by Friday a simple couple hour job had still not been completed. Either the part had not arrived or when it did it was not the correct one. On Friday they called to tell me the wrong mirror had arrived again and that the one that came in had a camera in it and my original did not have a camera. I corrected her because my mirror did have a camera that was in sync with my navigation system. Shocked the lady said oh ok and put me on hold. She came back a few minutes later and said" you are right it hooks up perfectly". Except now we are going to charge you $200 more for this mirror, even though it was our mistake to begin with and we misquoted you on the estimate. I explained I would not be paying the extra $200 it was their mistake and I had been without my vehicle for 4 days already and I paid what was quoted to me and given in a written quote. The price increases from $768 to $968. They would not keep the agreement of their written estimate. So I informed them I wanted a refund and would be coming to get my vehicle to which they came back with " thats fine but we are gonna charge you for labor to put it back together. So I ended up not getting what I paid for and charged $50 more bucks to have my car put back together so I could pick it up. I was warned before about the business practices of this establishment but thought there was no way they could rip me off. They gave me and estimate,I paid for it and their mistakes later changed the price. A decent human and business owner would have said " we made the mistake but we will make it right at no extra cost to the customer. Unfortunately a decent human and honest business owner was not what I found at this establishment. I would never recommend them to anyone.
