Nikki Truman BEWARE!!! Do not trust him!!!! Richie took full advantage of my trust. He approached me in a parking lot, promised a great repair and told me to trust the process when it wasnt perfect. He told me to wait a week and then wash it and it would be perfect. I was stupid and paid him $1000. It was worse than before he started it with fingerprints and paint on areas that were not affected. I had to pay someone else to resolve it. They only charged $400. Ive asked for a refund but he has only promised $150 refund that never came.

Adrian Barrera Richies Auto Repair has been a hidden gem for us. He first helped me with my brakes. My Infiniti brakes started going out and my wife almost crashed. We are traveling from Texas and had no one to turn to. Richie did his best to not leave me without a car. He understood it was an emergency. He worked on the weekend even on a Sunday to help my family. Richie is a stand up guy. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Aleda Reilly Took my son‘s truck there to be repaired. They said it needed a bushing for the gearbox. 300 and some dollars later we go to pick it up and the check engine light is on along with a little wrench. We tell them about it and they put some oil in the car. It’s still on and they said well it just test a cycle through. They are south of Gandy. My son is up in lutes and he barely made it home. All the lights are on and blinking. I wouldn’t take my scooter to these people.

charles burand These guys are my go-to neighborhood shop. Fair price, no bs, old school mechanic shop. They do get a lot of business so on occasion I have had to wait but last week I towed my mustang there after the fuel pump went out Sunday and dropped it off. They had it fixed Tuesday. Pretty quick considering ordering parts and having to drop the fuel tank. Definitely suggest getting to them at the beginning of the week.

Richard Fox I was working on my Honda Civic 07, and one of the bolts stripped off from the back of the power steering pump, and it was leaking underneath, so I took it to CAM Auto Repair, and the team replaced the bolt and put in 2 new O-rings and helped me learn how to fix it if it ever stripped again. Dakota not only fixes problems but also shares knowledge and expertise on the process of bolt extraction. Customer service is top-notch! Friendliest automotive business I ever dealt with. Rachel Martin I went to a Ford dealership for an oil change and they told me that I needed new rear brake rotors and pads and quoted me a price that seemed really high to me. I called Honest-1 Auto Care for a rough estimate over the phone and it was significantly less than what the dealership wanted. So I took my car to Honest -1 and they confirmed that I needed them replaced. I ended up deciding to replace both the front and rear brake rotors and pads because the total cost was only a little more than what dealership wanted for just the rear. I made the appt online easily as they had many options to choose from and they took the car into the bay within 5 minutes of my appt time. They gave me a estimate of how long it would take and I received a text when it was done right on time as they estimated. Overall, a very good experience - Willie was very helpful and explained everything. I would definitely go back to Honest-1 if I ever needed other services done again. Thanks!

Dave Clean place, no TV in waiting area which is nice. Bathroom was nice, just overall a good place. Not the cheapest but hey thats ok, I knew that going in. Ill be back for some brake work at some point.

riley iturbe My alternator had failed on me, and I miraculously, was able to pull into Brazzeals automotive shop not knowing they were a body shop. I had walked in shortly after and the first thing they told me was they could look at it first thing tomorrow morning which is what happened I have never been to the shop before and care a lot about my car so I was very hesitant to do so. They immediately assured me that my car was in good hands with their immediate feedback on what they were doing with the car hour by hour with detailed pictures and options on how I would like to go about fixing the car an what might need attention. Devon Leister Highly recommend! They are very friendly and do good work quickly, at a fair price. My Subaru needed brakes badly. I could hear grinding so I assumed Id need rotors as well, and I told them this. So they could have easily sold me rotors, but they didnt. They said there was nothing wrong with the rotors that a little turning couldnt safely fix. Honesty. They also topped off my washer fluid and put air in my tires.

Luz Marquez-Mocarsky I had a great experience at Autopros Repair Shop in Tampa/Tempke Terrace area. The Owner Malvin as well as the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. All very honest and made me feel safe and like family. I had just towed my car to a different shop in the area that told me my car needed a new transmission without even looking at it and wanted me to pay an outrageous amount even though I explained the car had been perfectly fine and that the problem was that I could not move the shift handle at all. I luckily was able to tow it to Autopros and they with all honesty explained it was just the shift cable that was broken and fixed it! They furthermore told me the car was fine and no need to change transmission or anything else at the moment. I cant thank Melvin enough and everyone there. May God continue to bless this shop to allow locals have a good place to fix their cars. Thank you all.
