They did not hesitate to address the concerns and make good of the situation. They were honest, reliable and kind. Noticed my new windshield wipers on my backseat and asked to install them while they were working the first visit and got me to work after dropping off the second time at no charge. Honest guys I plan to keep working on my car in the future and recommending their services!

As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I’ve never felt more respected or taken care of at a repair shop than I did at Auto Works. The team was professional, kind, and never condescending, which is rare in this industry. Plus, they actually know Fiats, which is even rarer. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future service needs!

5 /5 Timothy Swartz: These guys really kept me up to date and made sure that I knew exactly what had to be done and what could wait. The financing was seamless, they gave me rides when I needed them, and based on research the prices were very fair. On top of that who else gives a 3-year 36,000 mile warranty on their work these days? I have already recommended them to two people and will continue to do so as long as they take care of me the way they did!

5 /5 Sydney: Had a great experience with Auto Works. They were extremely fair with pricing and was able to fit me in to get a major repair done to my car. Repairs were completed same day. They have a very nice waiting room as well with coffee, TVs. Very nice staff!
