Bebe Thomas I was given a 2ct diamond pendant from my grandmother. It was made from her wedding rung. A few years ago I took to Simmons b/c I wanted to have it put in a ring on a wide gold band that I purchased there at the same time. It was a beautiful stone with the best clarity. It took them shout two weeks. Id purchased jewelry from them several times before. I picked the up and they distracted me by talking. The fit and style was perfect. I went wrong by not asking them to get the stone checker so I could be sure they didnt do what they did. What they did was stole my beautiful stone and put a fake stone in the setting. I didnt know it until like a year or so later when I had it cleaned at Zales. The man that cleaned it for me said to me this is a nice ring but did you know that the stone is not real? I almost hit the floor. I trusted Simmons and it wasnt like they were poor people. I was very upset and wished I had it checked when I picked it up. I wouldve called the police and waited right inside the store for them. Stay away from them crooks. I hope they see this post and and say whatever they want to but, yes this is what they dud and I never stepped foot back in their store. They are on Park Avenue stealing peoples stone for their gain. I wouldve put them on blast and have the news teams there to really put it out there for all to see. That was really messed up and foul. I will never recommend anyone to go there b/c they are most likely still doing it and thats probably why theyre still in business- stealing stones and sell them for big bucks. The crooks still owe me and should make it right after all this time.

samantha smith This place was amazing! Highly recommend if you’re looking at engagement rings and aren’t 100% sure of what you want. They had a whole thing of different settings and diamonds in difference sizes to try on. They showed me lots of different options for wedding bands too! The prices were fair and the owner was very honest. Definitely getting my ring here!

Ramos Jessica “Jluv” Bought daughter new pair of earrings. Love the quality and prices. One of my first choices when looking for affordable jewelry for my daughters as I want something that is stylish, good quality and affordable. I am sure of price is an issue a cheaper place can be found but the quality of the items on always my concern, as I make my purchases with the intent of my daughter keeping them for a long time and that they will last not turn her ear green or become tarnished. Always very pleased. I do not recommend their pill cases though. They are heavy and have beautiful designs but they open too easily and pills tend to fall out. Every thing else has been great. Have key chain, several earrings as well as a ID holder with clip which I always receive compliments on.

Emma Cordrey I’ve been to Rowan twice now, four piercings there total, and my experience has always been so great. Stefanie was my nurse both times and she is incredible! She is always so patient and kind. All piercings photographed, other than the first live piercing, have been done by her. I’m obsessed! Stefanie and the rest of the staff at Rowan are wonderful and I can’t wait to go back to her for more piercings!
