    Ramos Jessica “Jluv”: Bought daughter new pair of earrings. Love the quality and prices. One of my first choices when looking for affordable jewelry for my daughters as I want something that is stylish, good quality and affordable. I am sure of price is an issue a cheaper place can be found but the quality of the items on always my concern, as I make my purchases with the intent of my daughter keeping them for a long time and that they will last not turn her ear green or become tarnished. Always very pleased. I do not recommend their pill cases though. They are heavy and have beautiful designs but they open too easily and pills tend to fall out. Every thing else has been great. Have key chain, several earrings as well as a ID holder with clip which I always receive compliments on.

    Jonnie Morgan: I had been looking at the Tissot Gentlemens Powermatic for quite a while. But it was a hefty purchase so I had been putting it off and didnt know if I wanted to spend the money...Well I stumbled into L&Ks at Altamonte Mall the other day and was immediately greeted by Kahn. He was so nice and professional and he was teaching me all about different brands and lo and behold they had the watch I had been looking at. I never felt pressured at all, just informed on watches. They had some of the best pricing I had seen around and I left the store still not purchasing. Well, I got to my car and I just felt good about the whole interaction so I went back and purchased the watch! Kahn and his mother were so nice and so excited for me. I had such a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for watches, wedding/engagement rings or necklaces and everything in between. I immediately fell in love with my ring and couldn’t wait to plan the next steps of my wedding band with her! When the time came we met together and I briefly described the ideas I had and she came back with a sketch that surpassed any ideas I could have imagined. She is a true artist and her designs are so thoughtful and unique. I now own 4 rings from Sandy, and I am already plotting a necklace. My husbands band is from her as well and it suits him perfectly. I never thought I was big into jewelry until Sandy came into my life. She is a true gem.

    Hana G Fit: Avoid the Jared in Altamonte Springs at all costs. The manager, Robert, was flat-out disrespectful and had the nerve to ask if I paid for my own watch. Then gave me attitude over a bracelet repair, acting arrogant and dismissive the entire time. No customer service, no professionalism — just pure ego and rudeness. This place has lost all credibility. I’ll never spend another dollar here, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Disgusting behavior. Someone like that has no business working in customer service, let alone managing a store. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. Jared needs to seriously reconsider who they put in charge. Robert should be fired.
