Nicole Sommers I love this office! Dr. McCauley and Dr. Rosario are so kind and knowledgeable and so are the Nurse Practitioners, Crystal and Christina! All of the staff here are great and I’m very happy with the care received and highly recommend this office!

Stephanie Mariee I am extremely disappointed with my experience at McCauley and Associates Medical Group, I really loved going to them at first but due to their negligence and lack of communication, I am now stuck with a bill from Quest Diagnostics for a test that was deemed not medically necessary. The office failed to obtain the required pre-authorization or inform me that I could be held financially responsible. I’ve reported them to the bbb and they passed all blame to me.
McCauley requested running more lab work even though it was stated that the concern does not run in my family history. At no point did anyone in the office explain the potential costs or the need for pre-authorization. After receiving the bill, I contacted my insurance company, who explained that the test was denied because McCauley’s office failed to provide sufficient documentation.
Despite assurances from their office manager, Michelle, that this would be resolved, it has now been over a year. The practice dodges my calls regarding the situation or has other staff contact me, the last conversation with Brenda was rude and they continue to refuse responsibility. I’ve been informed that the nurse I was working with no longer works there, but that doesn’t absolve the office of their obligations.
This failure to communicate, organize, and follow proper procedures has not only caused me financial harm but has also unnecessarily damaged my credit. It’s not even about the cost of this bill, it’s more of not owning up to a mistake. Patients should not have to suffer due to an office’s incompetence. I have been extremely kind and understanding through all of this and to be treated this way is appalling. I strongly advise not going to this practice or you may end up in the same situation as me.
