1 /5 Marites Ramos: I loved this clinic when Dr Rios was here. Dr Rios and his nurse Ashley are fantastic. Unfortunately, we got passed on when he retired. We haven’t passed the front desk yet and I can say it is the worse experience. Not a friendly clinic at all anymore.

5 /5 Holt Tribble: Dr. Burton and his nurse Kelly are incredible. I have been a Intensive care nurse for 17 years and I have known many, many physicians. Years ago I worked with Dr Button and Dr Jones in the hospital and they were the best. When I needed a primary doctor I called Dr Burton (at the time he was not taking new patients) and asked if he would accept me as a patient. It was the best medical decision Ive made. He and his nurse Kelly are a terrific team. He patiently listens to me about my medical concerns and addresses each and every one. When I call the office Kelly always returns my calls and takes care of whatever I need. Not only is Dr Burton a intelligent and thorough clinician but he works many more hours than he should making sure his patients are taken care of. He arrived at the office around 5 am and doesnt leave until almost 6 pm. He makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. As a health care professional I can not say enough great things about the team he and Kelly are. I will be their patient until they retire. - Holt

2 /5 Diane Morgan: My husband and I recently started seeing Dr. Dell at GIMP and so far have been extremely pleased with everything! Dr. Dell was thorough in my new patient exam and I really appreciate her diligence with my husbands issues. The office runs on time, the staff is friendly and helpful, and its super convenient that they have an in-house lab. I would recommend GIMP and specifically Dr. Dell for sure! Update from 12.2020 visit. Dr Dell was not the same doctor I seen last year. I was there recently for my yearly physical which took no more than 10 minutes and I was informed my ears were "perfect". Looking back at my visit summary there are all kinds of errors and for some reason, although I do not take any medications on an ongoing daily basis, I am to make an appointment to see her again in 3 months. At one point during my visit, she walked out of the door to address her nurse about something/someone else. Now I see she not only charged for my yearly wellness physical, but an additional office visit charge. This is not the care I am willing to accept.

5 /5 Winifred Cooke: Dr. Debra Morris is an exceptional doctor. I have been her patient for many years. She listens carefully, fully explains treatment options, and follows up on your progress. During a recent office visit, she went far beyond what would be expected. I casually mentioned a health issue a member of my family was facing. Even though the family member was not her patient, Dr. Morris immediately offered assistance. When she was unable to reach the person by phone whom she believed could help, she offered to follow up later. Approximately two hours later, I received a call from Dr. Morris. She had paved the way for treatment, and within a week the issue was resolved.

UF Health Medical Plaza - Gainesville Robert Johnson: The pediatric on 2nd floor and staff were great... it wasnt until I grabbed lunch with my family at the Subway there and became of victim of racism from the African American woman with a face piercing. If the roles reversed Im sure things would have turned out differently. She needs to be fired immediately.

UF Health Family Medicine - Main - Gainesville Sheeds L: I had what they consider “An Annual” appointment, but It did not feel like an annual appointment at all! The provider Nicole Mathew came into the appointment unprofessional with a dress on and a hoodie with the hospital name on it. She kept asking me what I came in here for and I told her an annual for you to check me. She asked what test I wanted. I really didn’t know. I’m from out of state and the doctor usually tells me all the test I need. When I asked if she was going to physically check me she said “oh yeah” then proceeds to listen to my heart and my lungs then puts 2 fingers on my stomach and sent me on my way! It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a provider!

North Florida / South Georgia Veterans System - Gainesville Patrick Weir: These people are nasty and the most unhelpful group I’ve ever worked with. Every person I talk to speaks to me like they’re doing a favor to me to check on the status of something. Government at work at it’s finest!

HCA Florida West End Emergency - Newberry Jorge Villaverde: The entire ER crew were outstanding! I had a nasty deep gash on my hand that required sutures. I was tended to immediately with no delays. They multi tasked very well as a team and I had the most pleasant and quick visit to an ER in my entire life. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and EFFICIENT! They also called the next day to follow up and see how I was doing. I can go on but I want to keep this short and sweet.

UF Health Internal Medicine - Medical Plaza - Gainesville Brandi B: Dr. Monsour and Dr. Yale are the best! Ive been to see them with lots of questions and issues, and they take the time to explain their diagnoses and courses of treatment thoroughly. They have accommodated me when I unexpectedly ran late, staying way past quitting time. Ive been very impressed by and happy with the whole UF Health system!

Alachua County Crisis Center - Gainesville Bluegrass: One of the counselors put me on speaker when I wanted to share something very painful, thereby breaching confidentiality. Obviously I knew it was because I could hear my voice. She straight up denied it with an attitude and said “you are not on speaker MA’AM.” Not reaching out to you all anymore but I guess that’s what you get for free service.

North Florida Regional Medical Center Obgyn - Gainesville TA Carolina: Recently had major surgery here. The physician and his staff as well as the OR staff were absolutely phenomenal. Once I got to my room for a 4 day stay, things changed. The staff were awful, inattentive, and MIA. Had a loved one not been with me the entire time, I would have been in bad shape. There was a highlight to my stay however. Mr Walter Furlow with the nutrition department was very caring. He visited me each day and made sure all of my dietary restrictions were conformed to. He was helpful and went out of his way to make everything as good as possible. I asked for a way to recognize Mr Furlow, but the hospital only allows recognition for nursing staff. So, Walter, here is the best I could do. Thank you, sir, for making a difficult time easier on me.

UF Health Internal Medicine - Tower Hill - Gainesville Bev jea: Neeka Akhaven, MD, is extraordinary. She is the best Doctor at UF HEALTH. She has taken great care of my mother’s health and is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It is rare to find a doctor who cares for her patients, goes the extra mile, and does not give up on them. Highly recommend becoming her patient. I will be forever grateful for her. She is so good that there is a waitlist. IF POSSIBLE, GET ON THAT LIST!
