From Father Fleming early on in my time thru our current priests and assistants, each one has been truly extraordinary in the administration of the parish and serving the needs of individuals, groups, and the parish as a whole. Anyone looking for an Episcopal church home surely needs to visit St. Thomas in St. Petersburg, FL!

Ariel Loftis Worship City Church continues to change my life. From the first day I stepped foot in the door I was welcomed with open arms AND love. Everyone thought they had seen me before and thought they knew me; thats when I knew I belonged there. Every single member of the church is respectful and loving . I will always be forever grateful to have each and everyone of them in my life. Lastly, Wednesday Bible study has been very moving and beneficial to me as well. Homan t “No Place Like Homan’s” For nearly 9 years this church has felt like “Home”! I will always return here for some heart surgery and family hugs! May the Lord always be in this place! They truly believe and practice what they preach. This church is the writing on the wall!

The folks here notice me right away and the pastor also noticed. I been treated extremely well here and I feel like I belong. I still have some of the issues but I really am finding faith. I am not walking through it alone. The pastor really cares he does not treat people like a number, also the folks here really care about you. The service is also great, its alive and from the Bible.

April This is a place where all are welcomed in the doors. When my parents visit from out of state, Hope St Pete makes them feel like part of the church. I love our community groups because you get to know people better. I just love Hope St Pete!! Come join us one Sunday.

D Theman Great service. Everyone was very warm and made me feel like an old friend. The pastor has something to say and delivers it in a concise way, with a little southern baptist style on top. The music program has some good singers, the pastor sings and plays guitar well and the pianist is very good. Will be coming here from now on.

If you are looking for a friendly, loving, multi-cultural, Bible-based church, then come try our church! The praise and worship is a mixture of old and new, but always wonderful and heart lifting. Our Pastor, Jay Cave, is an awesome teacher and preacher of Gods word. His delivery is warm, heart-felt, with just the right amount of humor, and will keep you enthralled, while hitting your right where you need. I have been to many good churches in my life, but none have surrounded me with the love and warmth of family like Bay Point Christian. If you want to feel the Holy Spirit and worship with others of like faith, come on and join us!! Were not perfect here, but we keep pressing toward the prize of the high calling of Christ Jesus. And were fun!! What more can you want in a church?

Diane Grey I love worship service at Historic Bethel AME. It’s a church family feeling and there’s always an amazing sermon given by Pastor Markus-Derek White. It is historic and the oldest African American church in St Petersburg. What a beautiful church, come get your praise on!

Lauren Brigman We came to this church years ago and instantly knew it wasn’t for us but we heard they completely changed the staff and ministers and so we tried it again. We are so glad we did! The people of the church are great and have become like family! It was just hard to desire that before. Now they have a minister that uses the Bible exclusively and isn’t afraid to truly teach on the word of God. Their music ministry has changed as well and they have a wonderful crew now that sing an array of old and new. Their children’s ministry has revamped and my children have loved it! Our oldest 3 are in the youth group and we love that they are truly cared about at this church. You can tell children are important to this church and I like that. They have a young adult group as well. Honestly, I think they have groups for every age and stage of life! They have a biweekly food pantry and free thrift store for those in the community that need a little help. Really blessed to call this place home.

Don Howell I attended this church before the new sanctuary was added behind the older one. From 1961 until my family moved to the west side of St.Petersburg.I was given my first Bible the for perfect Sunday school attendance in 1962. The new sanctuary had a settling pond behind it. Rio Vista Elementary school right next to it until it was torn down. Its nice to see the front of the property rebuilt .I hope that the hurricanes didnt do too much damage.

Rena Massey Hope Lutheran is a liturgical church that is traditional, yet not dry or boring. The Liturgy is truly beautiful and the sermons are interesting. Weekly Communion is served-- open to Christians of all denominations. The service uses both traditional and contemporary music, but they dont play rock.People are very friendly and welcoming.

Debra Grace Connection Church - taught by the Holy Spirit, through Pastor Tim Kelley has always been amazing. People would hear his message on the radio & attend! I remember Miss Linda actually sold her house to move down to attend!- attended since I got here to Florida since February 1999. Only a few years I didnt go because I moved near Dunedin to share a home. Keep meaning to get back. People applied what they learned here to their lives; so important!! Very special people and teaching. Dr. Lewis is a great teacher also! He moved down from MD. ;). Great moves of the Holy Spirit.

Shana Henritze I dont personally go to this church but my sons bus stop is at the church. Diane McKee who is an administrator there is so awesome. She cares about the kids. She took on the task of trying to get the cities(the church boarders 2 cities)to put up signs warning drivers of children crossing the street. 2 days ago I found out St. Pete is thinking about buying the church property to build affordable housing. Not sure if true but hoping its not. Thank you Diane for caring about the safety of our kids.

Tim Salmonson Contemporary church with live video streaming from their main campus. The worship is live and very contemporary as well; a full band with lights, great sounds and good energy. They certainly appeal to a younger crowd. This is also a fantastic facility in a good location, plenty of parking and friendly staff.

Lea CB When you walk into Bridgepoint you’ll immediately be greeted as one more of the family. This is a true community centered around your relationship with God. A real place to find peace. Pastor Brad and his family is amazing, and so are the rest of the Bridgepoint staff. Kidspoint is fantastic as well. I have a lot of anxiety surrounding my baby and they went out of their way to meet with me several times and follow my instructions. Could not recommend them any more.

gretchen tucker I live in the condo and my friend came to bring me some prescription s from a nearby pharmacy. She parked in the church garage on a Wednesday night and the security g yard had her car towed at 4 am THERE ARE MAYBE CLOSE TO A HUNDRED EMPTY PARKING SPACES IN THAT GARAGE. Thank you, I will never go to your church, and the 250 my friend had to pay could have gone to something different but your "security guards" did their job. THIS IS WHATS WRONG WITH SOCIETY
