It has been years since I have been to a church where you feel like you are part of the family, just by walking through the doors. Pastor Weatherholt is a great speaker and doesnt sugarcoat the word. I definitely recommend this church to anyone looking for a place to call home.

David McClung This was a nice Christian Church with very friendly people. The building was very well laid out with easy access. The pastor speaks straight from the Bible which I believe is great because he doesnt try to sugar coat religion but tell it like it is. There is ample parking in there lot and they have Sunday worship service at three different hours, 830, 930 and 1100 to meet everyones needs.

I thought I should have done more to keep that suicide from happening. Steve Jones got me involved in bible study, I helped clean the church I donated a piano to help the church grow. Steve took me under his wing and after about four years I pulled out of my grief. Then I got baptized on 10/09/08, along with my husband. We love VCC. Thank you Steve, and praise be to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Alex Jordan I have been attending services here since December 2014. Grace Life is a small & warm fellowship that is serious about helping people live a vibrant Christian life. It features solid expositional (verse by verse) Bible preaching from two family men that work full time in the community. The worship is Christ-centered and led by various members of the congregation, with a mix of contemporary and some hymns. Sunday School is a place where everyone comes together, no question is too silly to ask, and people share whats on their hearts as we wrestle through issues and seek truth together. There is room for spirited debate. The church has convictions in the Reformed tradition and is Baptist, but doesnt require its members to pass a theological quiz. It has bold convictions yet humbly seeks to improve its grasp of biblical truth so as to better live out our faith. Anyone seeking a biblically sound, gospel-centered church with folks who really interact with each others lives and care for one another will enjoy Grace Life.

Nancy We have been attending since the Covid ban was lifted. We have found the messages from Pastor Chris are just so uplifting, based on biblical passages, but tied into present-day living. The people are very friendly and we were welcomed from our first visit.

Pastor Chris, who was the current pastor, has just left, and I dont know who the incoming new Pastor is going to be. They performed my fathers funeral a few days ago, and they did a beautiful service.

Krissi Faith LilBearAdventure.com ~ Please like our reviews. Central Assembly is wheelchair accessible amd has one of the most humble speakers I have ever met. The worship was great and not the basic programmed worship. The leaders were skilled and passionate. Everything was very modern. The church is very modern and yet all about the simple gospel. The kids service and nursery are divided up into 3 groups I believe. They have a baby nursery from 0-2 and the 3-4 I think in a separate class. The toddlers have a nice setup with safety in mind plus an outdoor play area fenced and shaded. The kids must be signed in and registered in the lobby. The parents get a sticker to keep and kids get a name tag for their clothing. Only the person with the childs sticker code can pick them up. After the message the senior pastor greeted every single person as they left the premises. The people all seemed pleasant and not shallow like some gatherings. It definitely did not feel like an awkward first time visit. Would definitely revisit this church if we settled down in the area. I heard and saw pictures of their Easter performance as well. I so would love to see that.

The people are welcoming & Pastor Jon is most definitely anointed when preaching & knowledge of Gods Word! How I love when the message seems just for me even tho I know others feel the same! Carmen Franek Today was our first visit to Central Assembly of God at the 6767 20th st location. My niece and I have been seeking a new home church. We do follow an on line church (Revival Today) But going to a church in person is so important! This church checked off everything we were seeking and more! Our search is over! What we loved: The church is spacious and beautiful. There is definitely an anointed feeling here! The praise music is meaningful and excellent! It ignites your spirit! This whole church was filled with the Joy of the Lord!!! It is such a joy filled church! The people are diverse and friendly! The pastor’s message was on point, meaningful and a learning experience. He is a powerful, filled with the Holy Spirit and a great teacher as well. I sought prayers for my family and myself and two amazing people ( Denise and Chuck)prayed for me, and my family. If you are looking for a church where you can feel Gods presence, start with this one and your search will be over !!! Praise God! Hallelujah!!!

Well we found the right one, the people are friendly, the Worship Music is good and the pastor’s message was Excellent (this Sunday I felt the message was custom made for me, God’s Word always is!)
