Justine Stillman I really really enjoy having Kelly Dee as my Primary Physician. She’s really on top of things and so very kind. All the staff here is so nice. Thank y’all for making my experience so positive. Y’all are the best! Southern hospitality at its finest. God bless. :)

L L APRN Kelly is rude, unprofessional
She stood outside my exam room door looking at my chart before entering and newly meeting me stating “ …and I just ate my lunch” to another coworker which I could hear through the exam room door.
I was there for Lice treatment. I had it on my head and body with open sores on my scalp as well. It was embarrassing enough for me to show up to North Florida Medical with this problem, already traumatized mentally and physically drained from 8 solid weeks of cleaning to have a provider treat me this way because she’s grossed out?
Kelly’s first conversation with me was her stating that she has never taken care of lice before and then asked me what do I want her to give me for it. Kelly had plenty of time to research lice treatment prior to my appointment.
Kelly said while 5’ away, “I don’t see any bugs on your head.” Kelly doesn’t understand that lice are tiny and to diagnose lice you actually have to come closer than 5’ to the patient to see them. Therefore Kelly prescribed medication without a physical assessment of her patient.
There are gowns and gloves called PPE’s personal protective equipment which Kelly should have used during this appointment. A more thorough examination should have been performed.
