Tina Geiger My stay here was wonderful,I liked it, they helped me a lot and they were all very patient with me. I would recommend anybody to come to this hospital. They worked with me everyday to get me stronger and get me home. I will really miss them and I appreciate all the work they did for me.

Mindy Weiss Let me start off by saying this place definitely needs some upgrading. The next thing I want to say is that this place literally saved my 95 year old mother’s life. The care she received here was top notch! From the respiratory to the nurses and doctors, everyone was 5 star excellent! Thank you for your kindness and professionalism! The Weiss family is very grateful.

Valerie Duval So, I find out Im at the wrong location, however I have only ever been to the same location over the past 4 years, I get the address to the location I am supposed to be at and they tell me to sit and wait for 40 minutes to tell me they have no one on staff that can remove stitches. Then why couldnt I just leave and try to make my appointment at the correct location. Keep in mind they know I am driving from Daytona Beach and that I am a teacher who had to request this day 3 weeks in advance just to get a substitute to cover me for and hour. There customer service is ridiculous. Not to mention I got 4 phone calls from them asking me to change my appointment the day before the appointment. Then when I tell them I dont know when I could take time off again to get over here they suggested I just go to the emergency room to have them removed. So here I wait in the emergency room to get stitches removed. I hope I never have to back here again and if you dont have to use the orthopedic Arnold Palmer Facility then dont.

DALMA L Munoz My Husband had Total Knee Replacement. Dr. Murrah is his Orthopedist and I have to share with everyone...Dr. Murrah is one in one million, his kindness, Professionalism and attention is unique. Dr. Casey as well is The Best. Robin, Medical Assistant is very sweet and shes make sure everything is right and the patient feel comfortable. She knows how to treat her patients. Thank you Robin... youre Amazing, my husband Joselin Junior and I are forever grateful ❣️

Jason Gray Just an all around great experience. I set my appointment up over the phone, and was given exact instructions on where to park, and where to locate the office (it’s a bit tricky). I met with Dr. Zerpa. She is a fantastic person. She listened, and provided me with great comfort. I also met with her attending, Dr. Conti, who was also very professional and comforting. I have a follow up appointment next month. definitely recommend visiting if searching for a primary, or just overall care.

Roisin Wong Went here because a Coworker had a great experience, At first I was very impressed. Did not have to wait long and really liked the doctor I saw. I have a $20.00 copay which is due before you even get to the waiting room. I paid and have receipts for this. I had a total of 3 visits, suddenly I am getting invoices in from them. I have called the billing department multiple times and left left messages . I canceled my last appointment when the lady asked why I told her that if they cant tell me why I am being charged $60.00 when my copay is $20.00 I am not going to use them. She said yep I understand that okay ill take you off. So she either hears that a lot or they just do not care. Either way my last appointment was 5 months ago now and they still cannot tell me why I own this money. They cant make a phone call but they sure can sent out invoices.

Gutierrez Silva Big, spacious, and enough chairs for seating. Clean and comfortable. Calm atmosphere. But the wait is a big long. However, the staff is responsible, respectful and supportive.

Symplelife I appreciate the staff, patience, very friendly, love the sense of humor. Kim, Diane, Edward, thank you so much for your kindness…The front staff was also very nice! The nurse practitioner Patrick is awesome!! The service was efficient and fast, no wait time! Highly recommend to friends and family!

Nelka Cosme The hospital has excellent facilities, but the security personnel treat patients families with unnecessary cruelty and rudeness. The security supervisor exhibits a penal-guard mentality, often disregarding the rights of both patients and their families. Visiting feels more like entering a courtroom than a place of healing. The staff needs to be more compassionate and respectful, following protocols without overstepping them based on assumptions. I do not recommend this hospital for patients in critical or terminal conditions.

Yo Soy JeNnY I love this place. It is clean and beautiful. I feel like they NEED to work on working faster. I have been waiting 7 hours for a brain scan, not the result of the scan. It is ridiculous. I know dang well that machine is not being used the whole 7 hours I have been here. I asked the people around me what they were here for, and I was the only one who had a brain scan.
