1 /5 Valerie Duval: So, I find out Im at the wrong location, however I have only ever been to the same location over the past 4 years, I get the address to the location I am supposed to be at and they tell me to sit and wait for 40 minutes to tell me they have no one on staff that can remove stitches. Then why couldnt I just leave and try to make my appointment at the correct location. Keep in mind they know I am driving from Daytona Beach and that I am a teacher who had to request this day 3 weeks in advance just to get a substitute to cover me for and hour. There customer service is ridiculous. Not to mention I got 4 phone calls from them asking me to change my appointment the day before the appointment. Then when I tell them I dont know when I could take time off again to get over here they suggested I just go to the emergency room to have them removed. So here I wait in the emergency room to get stitches removed. I hope I never have to back here again and if you dont have to use the orthopedic Arnold Palmer Facility then dont.

Dr. Murrah is his Orthopedist and I have to share with everyone...Dr. Murrah is one in one million, his kindness, Professionalism and attention is unique. Dr. Casey as well is The Best. Robin, Medical Assistant is very sweet and shes make sure everything is right and the patient feel comfortable. She knows how to treat her patients. Thank you Robin... youre Amazing, my husband Joselin Junior and I are forever grateful ❣️

5 /5 Jennifer Cepuder: My son had back surgery with Dr. Phillips this past June 2019. Dr. Phillips is an amazing doctor. Very personable and put my son at ease. Everyone I dealt with at the office was helpful and they sent me plenty of paperwork and reminders for every step of the process. The day of surgery went very smooth. We checked in and they have a wonderful app called Ease that lets you know how your son or daughter is doing while in surgery. The hospital is fantastic. Seriously an amazing place. So great for kids. And the ortho unit has video game consoles and movies the kids can have in their rooms. They also have a fridge with ice cream and jello etc that can be accessed at any time. Honestly the whole process of this very scary surgery was made so much better from the help of Dr. Phillips, his staff, and Arnold Palmer hospital. Highly recommend.

1 /5 Victoria Jackson: Just called to make an appointment for my children. The time was 4:24 pm on 8/15/2017. Waited almost 10 minutes before someone picked up the line. A woman answered the phone, asked me what I needed and after I told her I needed to schedule an appointment, she hung up. I called back immediately and of course the after hours message was received. It is extremely unprofessional and I hope management will demand better practices of the office staff.

The appointment was over a month away 3 days before appt they call to say he will need x Rays and cant be done there 2 days before appointment they call to reschedule because the dr wont be in so they give me the date of next available of over a month later after they are the ones that canceled we live 2 hours away this is so unprofessional

Orlando Health Womens Pavilion - Winter Park - Winter Park Ms. MONIQUE Monique, Getting into trucking over 50: I was there Thursday 26th and I had a great experience at the imaging dept. I was there for my yearly mammogram. Only critic, I have is , if the radiologist sees something, before you actually leave the facility maybe ask for additional images right then and there or even an ultrasound, especially if the person has previous history. But overall all of the techs and front desk employees were very nice and professional. I would recommend them to my friends most definitely

AdventHealth Winter Park ER - Winter Park mari m: I was not happy with all of the care at Advent Health Apopka. There are too many different people from different shifts guessing and making assumptions. Seems like they are very clinical and not as compassionate. They seem shorthanded. Fairly nice looking and clean but I cant say that I am overwhelmingly pleased.

Medical Village of Winter Park - Winter Park Sarah Lewis: Loved this office, location and the friendliness. Dr. S was very easy to talk to and I felt like listened to my concerns and was genuinely interested in making my life as comfortable and quality effective as possible. I didnt feel rushed or blown off. I loved my nurse-very cheerful. My only wish is that they had an "out for lunch" sign. I went there for my first appointment and panicked because it was locked an no one was in office or answering the phones. Its a small office. I like that-just a sign for anxious people like me showing up there first time wouldve helped me breathe easier :)

Winter Park Medical Center - Winter Park Lecram Noel: Im in the medical field, so I always have high expectations when it comes to healthcare. I had a surgical procedure and Meghan, Nurse PreOp; Dr Sullivan, Anesthesia, Paige CRNA and their entire PACU staff make me feel so at ease and comfortable….. What a great experience!!!! Sorry if I can’t remember the rest of the staff names but with the happy juice I forgot…. JOB WELL DONE. THANK YOU! :-)

Orlando Health Medical Group Urology - Orlando Attorney Sanga Turnbull: The reception staff is amazing. The office process is horrific. Arrived 5 minutes early for an appointment I took a month to schedule. An hour later I still hadn’t seen a doctor. If this is the level of care and attention they pay to you when it’s not an emergency these doctors won’t care for you when it is an emergency. They clearly overbook so they are only in it for the money. My suggestion avoid these people like the plague. Find a smaller caring office that cares about your time and health. They should rename the place because health clearly isn’t their primary concern. It’s all about the money from overbooking. Shame on them. Their current patients deserve better because I will not be one of them

GuideWell Emergency Doctors - Winter Park Saundra Ebben: Dr Ramnarain was great! He explained everything he was going to do beforehand. He was engaging while giving me stitches, which helped keep my mind off of it, and seemed to genuinely care about my comfort and treatment. I wish all doctors had such a great bedside manner, it really put me at ease. Id also add that the nurses and front desk staff were also top notch in helpfulness, empathy, and they all smiled while interacting with me. That in itself, made me feel like everything was going to be alright. Ill definitely be recommending Guidewell to others needing quality minor emergency care. Thanks everyone for making a painful situation less stressful :)

University Medical Care - Winter Park janessa rodriguez: My uncle has been a patient with Dr. Kapoor‘s office since 2020 apparently a bill was sent incorrectly submitted to insurance and it wasn’t paid due to that one bill. It refused to see my uncle after being hospice for 90 days fighting for his life and having to schedule a follow up to Dana and dimples and they refused to resubmit the claim that they submitted incorrectly to begin with because my uncle had insurance not want us to pay $430 out-of-pocket when we have medical insurance Billing department, unprofessional, respectful, no empathy no sympathy horrible disgusting how such a great doctor could have such a lack of good staff and support

AdventHealth East Orlando - Orlando Christina Williams: I have been coming to this ER for years because they have always gone above and beyond for me. Everyone has always had an amazing phenomenal attitude however today was my worst experience ever to the extent that I would never want to come here ever again nor recommend anyone. My HIPPA rights were completely violated over four times in less than an hour. Due to frustration with the treatment (never raising my voice) just verbally said that I am extremely frustrated and furious; security was called. I had a surgery done and no one explained anything to me after. In fact, I was told that the doctor was explaining the procedure to me while I was completely incoherent due to the anesthesia. Please make it make sense. Nurses came into my room to view my body without drawing a curtain or even closing the door. Extremely unprofessional. I was charged for medication that no one explained. Overall, this was the worst experience Ive ever had.
