Amy I went in here about 2 weeks ago and wanted to leave a review. The place was very nice and clean and the gentleman that was working was incredibly friendly and kind. I brought in a sentimental necklace that I always wear that was broke. He fixed it for me at no charge. I offered to pay but he kindly declined. I have already recommended this establishment to my family and friends and will definitely be back to shop and to have any batteries replaced in our watches or jewelry repaired. I highly recommend! Brandi Voigt They’re nice people but they seem to not all be on the same page with time frames on how long it takes to order a ring and have it delivered. With the engagement ring they said it’d be back by one day but didn’t get it in until about 1-2 weeks later I can’t exactly remember so that’s not my main complaint. Now with the wedding band I was told it would be shipped between 10/27 - 10/29 and it takes 2 days to be delivered so it would be there 11/1 or 11/4. I called on 11/1 for an update and they said it won’t be shipped until later this month around 11/27 and they weren’t sure why someone told me it was going to ship earlier. But they put a “rush” on it which I doubt will help anything. Won’t be buying anything else from them unless I can walk out the same day with it.

Caitlin McLaughlin Bridal: I arrived alone for an appointment after having been to another Bridal store (where my experience was underwhelming and just bleh). I felt more like a number than a customer. I arrived a little early and was immediately treated by Brittany who jumped right into pulling dresses, asking me questions, and just making me feel at home. Brittany was extremely attentive and gave me honest opinions about the dresses I was trying. She was absolutely amazing in all aspects and I cannot say enough nice things about her. Now to the store…They have a great selection and variation of gowns. Prices are amazing too. The Bridal section is laid out and decorated beautifully with easy access to search and see all of the gown options. Small town vibe with Big store professionalism. You’ve got to check them out!!
