Pat Brufladt I do not recommend this law firm! We’ve been trying to settle our parents Trust for months. This is a very simple trust with only 2 assets. They were very slow to send out the creditor announcements. Here we are 7 months after signing all of their required agreements and are still in limbo. It’s been over a month since the creditor deadline and we still don’t have any resolution to settling this. So if you’re looking for a firm that you’re not going to have to babysit, don’t use this one.

Kevin Ronald I was never involved in the criminal justice system before and was counting on Martina to guide me. She failed miserably. Extremely poor communications on numerous occasions where I was scheduled for court the next day and still did not know if what to do as she did not call or email. I had to make numerus phone calls and emails to her office to get an answer. She also ignored my emails when the court sent me notices and I forwarded the notices to her asking what to do, My impression is that her method of operation is to take my money and dispose of the case as quickly as possible despite what was in my best interest.

Kristen Has zero teeth, no bite, no bark. Afraid of going to court and will do anything to avoid it. The pre-pay one price legal selling point is a scam, a bait-n switch - it’s just a way to bill you without having to send a bill and justify the hours. You WILL get a bill when like other attorneys when the pre-paid amount is exhausted and it won’t take long. She never filled my divorce disclosure documents as required by the court but told me she didn’t. This prolonged the case and made it look like I didn’t want to comply with the court. Had to plead and beg for a one topic hearing. Told me she didn’t like the opposing counsel so don’t want to continue the case …oh and by the way here’s my bill… unethical, run!!!

Cait White Withrow is an amazing attorney. I spoke to 8 different attorneys in the area, and they all just wanted my money. I had a consultation with her in 2018 where she explained to me the process and what I had to do. I wasn’t ready at the time, but had comfort in FINALLY being spoken to like a human and explained the process. She’s the only one whom didn’t view me as a dollar sign. In 2020 I went back to her, ready to move forward. I was instantly comforted that she remembered me. We instantly started the process. Any questions I had, she answered quickly and respectfully. She stayed in contact with the entire process. I trusted her in the case, and had to have minimal involvement aside from the trials. This was a very gut wrenching situation so I was very thankful that she fought for me, and my emotions were effected minimally. In the end, she gave us something no one else could. We can never repay her for the amazing gift and future she gave our family. I cannot say enough amazing things about her. Truthfully, I feel like we should’ve paid her more because she gave us something so priceless. When your children’s future is on the line, no dollar amount is too much. However, she was the most affordable attorney I found. She’s also the only one whom treated me with respect. And ultimately the one who gave my family our future. I recommend her to anyone for any reason, but especially family court.
