By State statute no office shall hold or have vested power of the attorney general without proceeding forward in an ethical and moral manner for the staff to speak down to people and say that youre trying to belittle them because they dont understand how to do their job amicably we do not pay them for their feelings facts dont care about your feelings when you have a contractual obligation you dont get to act like a preschooler absolute deplorable and disgusting misrepresentation under the guise of law the refusal to take action is alarming because that is theft by deception and misappropriation of funds if we are paying them to do a job that they get to say no to makes their exact existence a direct conflict of interest and bias by definition of Florida law

1 /5 Krystal DeGroot: Kate Snyder is a COMPLETE waste of your time. I have never worked with a more unprofessional attorney and office before. She was extremely condescending to my client (I am a mental health professional) and refused to schedule a short appointment with my client so she could better understand the case. The victims advocate, Amber, was extremely rude, as well, and refused to provide a direct telephone number. They both treated my client more as a burden than as the VICTIM. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

1 /5 S M: I have never been confronted with such lack of competence and pride in ones work. Dealing with this office is comprable to dealing with a group of kindergarteners. I am surprised that the people of this community have left this office to go unchecked for so long . This office is the epitome of why I have no respect for the legal system.

Marcey Marie: I wouldnt recommend him what so ever. Too bad there isnt an option to give zero stars because he doesnt deserve the one hes getting. My husband was given him as a public defender unfortunately and could never get a hold of him. At one point we had called him over 35 times never would get a return call and left countless messages and emails. We had to physically go to his office to set up an appointment since he is incapable of returning calls or emails. He is very difficult to get a hold of no matter what. When he finally got an appointment he would interrupt and rush through it. Hes unorganized, doesnt listen, lazy and not the friendliest man. He has a very uncaring attitude and is a total joke of an attorney. Dont waste your money, time or aggravation. Hes not worth it at all and theres plenty of other attorneys out there. Plus the 2 phone numbers on his website are disconnected. He needs to update his information.

Pat Brufladt: I do not recommend this law firm! We’ve been trying to settle our parents Trust for months. This is a very simple trust with only 2 assets. They were very slow to send out the creditor announcements. Here we are 7 months after signing all of their required agreements and are still in limbo. It’s been over a month since the creditor deadline and we still don’t have any resolution to settling this. So if you’re looking for a firm that you’re not going to have to babysit, don’t use this one.
