Jackson Newberry Great WoD (session)! The workout was hard and really pushed my limits, but it was also friendly and positive from start to finish. The mix of exercises was excellent - each movement was thoughtfully programmed to target different muscle groups while keeping the pace engaging. The overall vibe in the gym was terrific; there’s this energy that makes you want to give your best without feeling overwhelmed.
I had a couple of questions during the session, and Coach Frank was right there with clear, precise answers that gave me exactly what I needed to keep going. He took the time to explain proper form and offered useful tips that made a noticeable difference. When it came to scaling a couple of moves to accommodate an old injury, Coach Frank helped me modify the exercises thoughtfully, so I could protect my healing joints without losing the intensity of the workout. Thanks to his attentive coaching, I felt confident pushing myself while safeguarding my body.
This balance of challenge and care is exactly why we CrossFit. The combination of excellent programming, supportive coaching, and a welcoming atmosphere at Green Cove CrossFit makes each session both effective and enjoyable. I left feeling accomplished and motivated to come back for more.
