3 /5 Cory: We are from Tampa and this Hard Rock does not compare with Tampa . Half the size and way too crowded here . Extremely smoky also. Parking and trying to get in and out of here was terrible . It was Friday night but still way too small for the amount of people that come here. Elevators were terrible . We just didn’t expect this , a bit disappointing.

3 /5 Johan Bastos: This time my review will be based on my overall experience. When it comes to cleanliness and comfort I give the rooms five stars. As I previously mentioned the scenic views of the Guitar Hotel are outstanding, the pool area is impressive and elegant, now on the downside space is very limited. Arrive EARLY to get a nice spot, or you could always RENT a Cabana for an extra charge. For a more FAMILY-FRIENDLY experience I definitely recommend the Hard Rock Hotel, there is always more space available, the pool area is stunning with lots of shade. It also has a Water Slide which kids love. I rated this hotel a 3 stars because I believe CUSTOMER SERVICE still needs improvement and I have been wanting to stay at one of the Oasis Tower Swim Up Suites. Ive been looking forward to review my experience in this luxurious Suite, but when I request more information about the stay I dont receive a straight answer. Despite this negative experience I visit all the time and recommend this Hotel!
