1 /5 Cheryl Hickey: I have been to this casino several dozen times over the past year, and was always happy with the service, snacks, and the few machines they have. Unfortunately after todays experience I will not be back. The male employee was rude, disrespectful, and accused me of cheating. He would not provide me with a license for the establishment or the rules or the managers contact information. In fact he said, "Im not giving you nothing." He would not honor the $20 for $20 special they advertise because he said he "caught" me trying to put another twenty in the machine to bring the total to $60 to cash out. First of all, that was not true. I did have another $20 in my hand, but that was to match the SECOND twenty dollar bill that my sister and I were putting in--totally legal and allowable. This "casino" has a sign stating that if you do the $20 for $20, you must cash out at least $60. We know that rule and have always abided by it. What the sign DOES NOT say is that you cant put in more than a twenty to make the total $60--even if you play for a long time and have used up their "match" money and lost some of your own. If this is their policy, that should be stated on their sign or mentioned when matching the $20 so customers know the rules. To be accused of cheating and to be refused an advertised special when the expectation is not understood is unfair to all patrons. And to be treated in such an unprofessional, uncaring and manner by a staff member is simply unacceptable.
