1 /5 Ryan Howell: I couldn’t find any black jack tables under 25 at 9 in the morning. Granted, it was Saturday, and multiple pit bosses told me they are cheaper on weekdays. Place is massive, and there are no benchs anywhere to rest if you have trouble getting around. There are plenty of slots to sit at, i guess, to catch your breath. Had to walk for like 20 minutes to get to the poker room when dropped off at the front door. I struck out pretty fast and to stand 2 plus hours while waiting for the rest of my party.

1 /5 Eren Can: I visited the casino last Saturday. After losing a significant amount of money, I finally managed to win some of it back. However, when I went to the cash desk to collect my winnings, the cashier asked if I had a membership card. When I said no, she requested my ID and made me wait for a while. Then she told me that next time, I would need to have a membership card in order to receive my payout. I was shocked by her unfriendly attitude, something I’ve never experienced at any other casino. I had no idea a membership card was mandatory, and there were no signs indicating this requirement. And I did collect money without issues many times before. I dont want a membership card. Needless to say, I won’t be returning. Since theres no alternative here in Tampa, my gambling days here are over. One other issue is the poor ventilation. even the smoke-free areas are unbearable after staying long.

1 /5 Cuckoo For Poker Bluffs: Worst poker room I have ever played at in my life, and Ive played about 30-35 poker rooms around the country. Location is terrible. Its too dark. Built in cupholders on the tables where you want to put your arms. No regular food allowed in the poker room, let alone at the tables. There are no mini tables to put next to you to put any personal belongings, candy wrappers, or drinks on. Its not fun there, either, and thats probably because of everything I mentioned. Also, the bartender was rude, not to mention she dropped my debit card on the nasty concrete floor she walks on and spills drinks on, and then just picks it up, and hands it to me without wiping it off. At least make some kind of weak attempt to wipe it off before handing it back to me.

1 /5 Dontask Meagain: Yes Beautiful casino Yes very expensive No hospitality to found, on 4 different occasions, staring around 1-2 pm June 6 2025 I asked staff members to help my 77 year old friend whom brought me from beach to the Hard Rock to show off Tampa casino landmark. Louis underestimated his endurance that day and we found ourselves on the other side of the casino from the golden piano checkin area where we entered casino, Main entrance I guess. Long story short (check tapes) on 4 different occasions I was dismissed and short of calling EMS there was no wheel chair, walker, luggage rack or even a casino chair with wheels I could use to get my friend to the door. Granted I was offered that I could rend a wheel chair, but like I said I wasn’t expecting my friend to take me to a place I needed ID, so I didn’t bring it with me only cash, so no wheel chair for us, unless I went and got mine or his ID. I told this story to several employees at casino, a couple had radios, and the guy at the concierge desk seamed dismayed and appeared to cared less if I called EMS or not, just to help to get my friend out of the building. I went back to my friend who at this time had rested a bit and insisted he would walk go as far as could and rest as needed or die trying. Resting several times on our, even stopped at Club registry, no help there either, we eventually made it past the golden piano and out the door, never to return. Some say Indians don’t have to follow ADA and if I called EMS they couldn’t go in? That’s nuts.

4 /5 mike heflin: Great poker room, good action and good dealers. Problem one no dress code, men in tank tops ( who wants to sit next to that ) problem two, I drive an hour and half to get there then have to wait over an hour to get a seat at 2/5 nl table. Finally asked a red shirt if they were going to open another table as there was a list of 16 waiting only one via phone. He went and asked a floor woman, she finally got a couple decks and opened a table. This was on 4/4/25 around three to four pm this has happened a lot to me. Otherwise great casino.
