5 /5 Nicole C: Had a wonderful Sunday birthday brunch at 14 Prime. The restaurant is beautifully designed, with a warm entryway and wine room that sets the tone. Service was outstanding — the hostess, server, and experience manager made our celebration feel special. The hash brown and caviar was flavorful, though slightly cream-heavy for my taste. The lobster eggs Benedict was excellent with perfectly cooked eggs, rich hollandaise, and great portions. The tableside cinnamon roll was a must-order, big enough to share and topped with the most delicious fluffy cream cheese. A fantastic dining experience — highly recommend.

5 /5 Symonne Bennett: The absolute best restaurant I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting and the customer service was just as incredible. My husband reserved a table for us to celebrate my birthday and my college graduation, and from the moment we arrived, the experience felt truly special. While checking in, we were welcomed with a complimentary glass of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch. When our table was ready, I was surprised with a gift bag filled with all the essentials a girl could use, a beautifully personalized card, and a graduation themed coffee mug that I adore. Now, the food… absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was bursting with fresh, high quality ingredients you can taste in every bite. We ordered the salmon tartare, argentinian shrimp, flat iron steak, ribeye, and lobster mac, and each one was unforgettable. What impressed me most were the details this restaurant didn’t overlook. The entire experience felt exclusive, almost like a members only club, yet it’s simply a restaurant that genuinely values its customers. My husband and I are already planning our next visit. It is on the pricier side, but worth every single dollar. We’d pay it again in a heartbeat. Truly an experience everyone should have!

5 /5 I’m Out Traveling (at - imout_traveling): I’m not trying to overhype this place but we went for brunch and I will tell you, service was on point (Shout out to Tim). The food was great and the atmosphere was very nice! I’ve seen the social media posts on the extra large cinnamon roll so we went for that specifically and while it wasn’t the best cinnamon roll in the world, it was good. They spread the cream cheese icing on it as a show and then cut it up for you. We were a group of 6 and it was enough for 6 of us. As for the food itself, we started with two pastry bread baskets (banana nut bread, cranberry muffin and croissant with a cinnamon spread). I had the pancake which was delicious!! Highly recommend. While prices are high (obviously) the portions are plenty! My entire grip enjoyed all their choices, we will be back to try the dinner menu next.

5 /5 Liana Ch: I was very surprised that our city of Jacksonville has such a cozy establishment. We celebrated my friends birthday, and the restaurant congratulated her with a bouquet. Everyone who works at this restaurant was very attentive and caring, they know their dishes, pay attention to details and requests, and make sure everyone feels comfortable and private. The food was also delicious; I really liked the dish I ordered. The chef was so kind to give each guest a coffee and a muffin with a signed card to take home—its truly a delight. Later, when I was at home, I carefully checked their social media, and I realized that this restaurant helps children with cancer. Specifically, there are some designated items on the menu that, when ordered, donate the price of the dish to a foundation for children with cancer in need. I was very impressed and will definitely return to order something else from the menu with such notes. Everything was great, thank you very much, keep up the good work!
