5 /5 George Gilman: Looking for a new dining experience in town, my wife and I decided to give the venue a try and were not dissatisfied.
The vibe is a little different with a food truck outside but we chose indoor dining. When we got there in the early evening, we were the only ones there so we were seated immediately.
Though we have some familiarity with Mexican and Latin food, we needed an explanation of some of the terms that we were unfamiliar with. The waitress was very friendly and was very helpful with our questions.
The waitress said steak was one of their specialties and it was cooked in a charcoal grill. I opted for the New York Strip with Caesar salad and fries plantains for the sides. My wife ordered another type of steak, though I forget the name as it was a term I was unfamiliar with.
The steak was by far the best tasting steak Ive eaten in all of Bay County, and only another one occasion comes to mind out of town that might compete. It was perfectly cooked and just absolutely bursting with flavor. The sides were great too but the steak was absolutely amazing.
Discussing the flavors as we dined, my wife was trying to hold out by remaining faithful to her normal steak place but as each bite crossed her lips, her resolve faltered and I she finally had to admit the flavor was better than her favorite place.
Though this was our first time there, I have little doubt well return for the steak.
The prices seemed very reasonable, everything was clean, and a friendly staff. Add in the best steak around and its a winner.
