The entrance might make you think you’re lost, but trust me, go down Alice rabbit hole. When you get to security booth, just let them know you’re here to visit the best restaurant in the Florida area and beyond. They know you’re coming to the Blue Heron. If you want to meet who’s behind this magical food, just ask for Chef Mary. The most amazing loving Chef you’ll ever meet. The food is on point and the drinks are the best in the area. Give it a try. 1 /5 Tracindia Mcmoddin: The food lacks flavor and tasted almost frozen. We are local and have been many times in the past, when talking to the server she said the chef does not take feedback kindly and thinks the items are good as they are. They definitely need a revamp and new people in the kitchen. The drinks and dessert were the only redeemable factors.

5 /5 Sarah Williams: What a beautiful hidden gem of a restaurant this is! I visited this beautiful place on a Saturday morning for breakfast with a friend. I loved the view over looking the golf course. The restaurant had a sweet cozy atmosphere, and the food was absolutely scrumptious. The server was very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the food. They even had gluten-free options! Please get out and try this place! You wont be disappointed!

4 /5 Terry Brown: Surprised with this restaurant. Ordered fish and chips, thinking it would be fresh fish filets. Oh no, this was just like a commercial prepackaged Gorton fish fillets. My dinner partner ordered the chicken with pasta, chicken was just so-so and the pasta was to big, should have been angelhair not the linguine. Ordered iced tea, had the flavor of "old tea" that had been in a seldom washed tea urn. Im sorry but the Blue Heron has become an old bird that needs a chef that knows how to prepare tasteful a entrée and not use items from the local grocery.
