5 /5 Beatriz Aviles: THE FOOD, THE SERVICE, ATMOSPHERE IS THE WHOLE PACKAGE HERE! I haven’t been to bonefish in about 10 yrs. What a change have they done! Back in the days the food was really bland that it was like boiled food and no seasoning. But this time OMG, everything was delicious and the variety is amazing! The chocolate crème brûlée and the espresso ended our meal with a gold seal! The only negative thing I have to point out is the guy at the front, his attitude was horrible. We were a party of 8. And when we got there we told him that we made a reservation on the app for 6 and then 2 more family members came along. He told us that they didn’t have a table ready for that many people that we had to wait because the server for a table that size was busy(literally) the way he communicated it. We told him we didn’t mind. And about 5 mins later we get a notification that our table is ready. Then we get to the table and he tells us that we need to move to a better table. Which was fine, but the way he speaks is not the nice tone to use or better words. Because he should be welcoming people not kicking them out or making a simple thing look so complicated. We saw him talking to another never of the team the same way too. Needs a little polish in his attitude. Besides that, everything was perfect. Our server was very nice and attentive. And even gave us free espresso since our bill was almost $500. Very nice lady! I didn’t get her name or the hostess but we went 2/17 at around 7p. Please give kudos to the servers that night. They all look like they loved their job.
