5 /5 Angel Luise: So, if youre looking for a place to get some good food while traveling, this would be the the spot. Its always iffy trying a new place but this restaurant did not disappoint. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was inviting and relaxing, and service was wonderful (I wish I had gotten the waiters name). He was amazing! Very satisfied! Now we continue our trip. 2 /5 Cindy Williams: Today 12/13/2025 my husband snd I stopped in for lunch. I ordered a half n half tea. When it arrived I went to take a drink when I noticed something floating in the bottom of my glass. I did not order it with lime or lemon. I got my fork out so I can grab it from the bottom. Got it out and was trying to figure out what it was. When our server finally came around again I showed her. Her response c was oh thats only a part from a lime. No apology, no Ill fix this. Came back and asked if I wanted it replaced. Yes of course. I also asked for a small cheese dip and never got it. My husband paid bill before I can check to see if we were charged for it. This was our second time with having an issue with service and food at the Bonifay Cancuns. Boniface Cancuns female servers need to do better. Take pride in your work. If you wont dri k something eith a foreign object in it then dont expect your customers to do so.
