1 /5 Justin Frost: Customer service was absolutely horrible. Starting with The Manager. I was told in the drive-through to pull off. They let four cars go by before me going inside to try to find out where my food was. After receiving the food, I asked the person handing it to me if everything was in there. Get back in my truck and come find out one of the burgers are wrong in the second burger didn’t even get put in my bag. I go back inside to confront The Manager and she wanted to try to come up with excuses instead of the I can do attitude. Then she handed me the two burgers with the condiments wrong again. Might want to consider a whole new staff if you were the general manager.
