5 /5 Janet Tyler: My birthday dinner could not have been more perfect . Our waiter Juan repeatedly said he would take care of me for a memorable evening , etc . He was friendly , informative, super great with the pacing of each course , and just a delight . The food was simply outstanding. We each had an order of Diver scallops , shared the caprese salad , and he had grouper and I had Chilean sea bass. Perfectly cooked , tender , delightful light crisp on top. Also Juan provided an amuse bouche of delicious spanikopata . The scallops are to die for , just perfection . Incredibly smooth burrata on the caprese salad . The light delicious sauce on the fish is simply divine . Although we turned down dessert , Juan politely encourage us to enjoy a complimentary birthday dessert so we chose the. Vanilla crème brûlée. Again , outstanding . A beautiful evening g in every aspect.
