5 /5 Caralee Jones: Sonia, our server at Carrabba’s, is absolutely phenomenal—honestly the best server I have ever had in my life, and my grandmother agrees! She was incredibly attentive, kind, and knowledgeable about the menu. She went above and beyond in every way, making sure we were having the absolute best experience possible. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care completely made our lunch unforgettable. The food was delicious with generous portions, and the atmosphere was wonderful—but Sonia truly stole the show. Thank you for making our visit so exceptional!

5 /5 Diane Bombardier: We always have the best service when the Manager Sam is there. He always welcomes us with a smile, checks on us, food always spot on, and the most helpful. I observed him today.....seeing him approach all the customers, going outside to help walk inside an elderly couple and to their seat, and behind the bar smiling talking and servicing the customers just amazed me/us. You dont see this often. He definitely needs to be recognized and awarded for his service. We love Carrabbas and will be back. Sam, we hope to see you next time we visit.

2 /5 Tanja: The quality of food has really taken a nose dive. They certainly know how to charge for food that tastes like it’s been reheated. This place has literally turned into a major disappointment. The last few times we’ve ordered here it’s tasted bland, and the meat has been tough. The presentation is nothing to brag about either. All in all it looks like there’s no pride in any of it. I used to love this place, but now it’s just not the same. The picture shows all the membrane that had to be taken off the pork tenderloin with Prosciutto dish. You almost needed a saw to cut through the meat.
