5 /5 Ron Haggerton: The hatch green chili here just makes me feel at home. From the heat of the ranch to the green chili sauce, it is just good. I’m not a huge Tex-Mex fan, but this food is so flavorful it is ridiculous. I had the steak burrito and the steak had suck a great char flavor and was incredibly tender. The green chili as indicated earlier was on point. My wife had the custom enchiladas with ground beef and, of course, hatch green chili sauce. It was also a fantastic meal. She also had the watermelon margarita and said it is great. The beans and rice were good, but it is honestly hard to mess up beans and rice. Our server Zahara was fantastic! She had a great attitude, a constant smile and time to listen to us gush about the green chili. I’ve been in several Chuy’s before, but this one on international drive is my new favorite.

3 /5 Pranav Patel: Vegetarion Review. Service is sad. Waiters try but service is very slow. Salsa is watery. White Ranch Dressing is made with eggs. Known for their sauces, BUT, they are not all vegetarian and the waiter failed to tell us that the Hatch Chile Suce has a chicken base. Very upsetting. This is a big deal! Adding a sauce is also an extra cost which is not mentioned in the menu. Dont mind paying if their transparency. They got our order wrong 2 times and the wait for the food is long. Overall a decent experience, still.

5 /5 LaDiah C: This was the most authentic Mexican food we’ve ever had. My fiancé and I had an amazing time. Food was 10/10, server was amazing, male host was respectful and polite, and the ambiance was everything. We really loved it here

5 /5 Finley Aimee: Fist time here and have to say food was delish. Served chips and salsa at the table. Chips were paper thin, fresh and not overly salty. Server was great and replenished our chips and salsa. Food came quick and hot. Hubs got the “Big as yo face burrito” with beef. He barely finished it, so much food! I got the Tex-Mex Chicken burrito bowl. So good, and took home enough for another meal. Definitely want to come back when in the area again.

5 /5 Lawrence Khoury: Family gathering at this restaurant. We were warmly greeted and served by Makaela who was excellent. The never ending chips and salsa were excellent. Chips are light and crispy. The portions are generous and food is fairly priced. My roasted chicken burrito was delicious. Not a fan of the rice side. Decor was super fun and creative. Would be back.
