1 /5 Danielle: I used to love this place. They were always super friendly and never got my order wrong. But something has definitely changed within the last few months. Ive now had several orders wrong, and today was the last straw for me.
I ordered a choco brownie blizzard and it tasted like it had chemicals in it. Ive had so many blizzards from this particular DQ and NEVER had one that tasted like this. Not only that but my onion rings were a mess. Not even shaped like rings. I swear, I thought one of them was a mozzarella stick at first but no, it was just a mushed ball of onions.
The real kicker is when I called to complain (because I picked up my food and brought it home), they didnt seem to care at all. They told me the only way to get a refund was to literally bring the food back to the store... even if its DAYS later. Seriously. Never before have I had a fast food joint make me bring the food back days later. I was seriously shaking my head over the phone.
I also want to mention, about a month ago, I tried to redeem my DQ rewards for a free box of dilly bars. No one in the store knew how to redeem it. They literally told me it was impossible. Not because they were out of stock or anything like that. It was simply because no one in the entire store could figure out how to get it to work.
Yeah, Im done. I dont know if the store has new management or what, but it has gone down hill FAST. I urge you to stay away from this place. Theres a small locally owned ice cream shop in town. I guess theyll be getting my business from now on.
