1 /5 V T: Decided to try their stuffed crust pizza after work because it sounded good, and I usually really like dominos. I place the order on the app and get an estimated 11-20 minute wait time. Shortly after, the tracker changes to “preparing your order”, so I assume they’re starting to make it. I sit outside in the parking lot from 5:44 to 6:14 and the tracker doesn’t change at all. I think “man…after 30 minutes they must be done by now” and run in. He pulls me up and goes “oh yeah, our system has been weird and we don’t know which orders are real, so we’ve been waiting until you guys come in to start cooking it”. I’m like….what? Why change the tracker to preparing if you aren’t making it? Why not call me and ask if it’s real? I paid for it online, so what was the plan? I also have an account with a long order history. He goes “yeah that’s just how we’ve been doing it. I just got here idk. It’s going to be like 10 more minutes. Do you still want it?” Yeah…I still want it. So I sat for another 20 minutes (combined total of 50 minutes) for my single pizza that was undercooked and not cut.
