Love the happy hour and really appreciate the attention to detail by Zach who took great care of us, even offering a beer to go and made sure I had a lime for my Corona. Prices were very good as well. Loved it!

It reminded me of the quality and quantity of Mexican food I got in San Diego. The prices were more than reasonable as well for this area. Great place!

1 /5 Stacy Nav: The chips are thin and tasteless. Salsa sweet and no flavor. I got the carnita plate. Plate was hot, the food was warm. Carnitas were OFF! no flavor..just Off! I couldnt finish. The waitress was amazing! She asked if all was ok, I said yeah cause I just didnt have the heart to explain how OFF the food was. I DK if they cut corners but the meat itself was definitely questionable. The place is nice and with a name like El Chingon we came expecting exceptional authentic Mexican food and this wasnt it. I made 2 tacos with the beans, salad, & meat and just couldnt handle any more. My husband had the burrito he said his wasnt bad just very BLAND. I asked for some real salsa like the real stuff..lol she came back with some salsa but it was spicy just not flavorful.
