5 /5 Diana Marin: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience! The food was authentic and full of flavor—every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. A special shout-out to our server, Viky, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for incredible Peruvian cuisine and outstanding service!

3 /5 J Lopez: We’ve always enjoyed driving from South Naples to dine at this Peruvian restaurant and have been loyal customers for many years. The food is consistently worth the trip, and every server we’ve had in the past has been warm, welcoming, and provided excellent service. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was different. Our server, Nicole (we think her name is according to our receipt. Young lady), took our order but offered very little service, and her demeanor felt unwelcoming, as though she was unhappy to be there. Additionally, we were surprised to be given a bottled water instead of the usual complimentary cup of water we’ve always received, and then charged for it. This experience felt out of character compared to all our previous visits.

The staff made the whole experience even better-friendly, fast, and welcoming. Gladl stopped in, and definitely be back next time Im in town.

2 /5 VIVI JARA: Im writing this review with a mix of sadness and frustration. For 20 years, el patio has been our go-to spot for delicious Peruvian food and warm community vibes. The staff has become like family, and weve celebrated countless milestones together. Lately, everythings changed. The new management has brought a cold, unwwelcoming energy thats palpable. Simple requests are met with indifference, and asking for the manager feels like a chore and customers are noticing this. The food? Still amazing. The people? Still wonderful. But the atmosphere? Gone. Whats once been the best spot for families and friends to gather has turned into a soullary experience. If youre looking for a taste of authentic Peruvian love, go for the food – just dont expect the same warmth and hospitality that made this place special. For us, its a bittersweet goodbye to a place thatll always hold a piece of our hearts.
