5 /5 James Beckham: The wife and I really enjoyed our night out at Embers. The food was cooked to our requests. The taste and flavor of the food was wonderful and plate presentation was excellent. We noted my wifes birthday on the reservation and they gave her a nice Birthday treat. I got the Duck breast and she got a steak. We will make this her birthday dinner treat every year now. Atmosphere was okay. Alot of servers and other employees walking around constantly, no type of music playing just dead air and the drop ceiling should be replaced to fit the Embers design and Atmosphere. But dont let that deter you from visiting this place.

Our most recent celebration was especially exceptional because of the outstanding service from our server, Xavier. Thank you, Xavier for making a wonderful evening even more special and memorable. Your attention to every detail is so appreciated. We especially appreciated your knowledge of the menu and your outstanding guidance in pairing our wine and drinks throughout the meal. Your patience with my elderly mother was especially appreciated, making our family celebration so relaxed and enjoyable! We will definitely ask for you as our server whenever we are at Embers!

5 /5 황보승우: This is a fancy restaurant in Gainesville. Staffs are well-trained, very professional. Steaks are great. I had a grilled fish, but when I return next time, Ill go for the steak. The steak, my wife ordered, wad so good. She got the ribeye, and you never fail with that. I was happy that she said she wall full quite early, so I was able to finish the rest of it. Im happy that she eats little portion of foods (just joking). Anyway, when you are in a steak-mood, come check this place out. Its worth it.

5 /5 Taryn Wood: I’ve dined at Embers and Spark several times and never left disappointed — they are both great options for anything from a very special occasion or holiday, all the way to a typical date night or family meal. Most notably, the service by Xavier is truly exceptional. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the menu, but takes service to the next level with his expertise about wine offering and pairings. It’s clear that he puts a quality customer experience at the forefront of his service. Be sure to make a reservation in advance to avoid any wait time. The staff is also great about accommodating special occasions and requests.

5 /5 Jenny Rodriguez: The service was incredible! We had Steve and he was really kind and helpful. Walked us through everything and quick to fix any problems we had. Steve also brought over a Somme to help select our desert wine course, I believe Jerry was his name, also really great and attentive. We would come back to sit with them any day. The wine selection is incredible here as well. Thanks so much for a great time Steve and Jerry! Before dinner we sat at the bar for a cocktail and the bartender there was really kind and helpful, honestly the whole place does service very well. We’re really grateful
