5 /5 Gabriel Paniagua: Me and my girlfriend were looking for a breakfast spot to try when we came across this location on Google maps it was very highly rated and the pictures of the food looked extremely delicious so we came to check it out on a little date night and it was amazing. The service was impeccable. The servers were really nice and they even offered to take our picture when they saw us trying to take a selfie and the order was easy to place we ended up getting Belgian waffles with banana chocolate chip and syrup and the taste was amazing 10 out of 10. I would definitely return here and if you’re looking for a sweet breakfast spot to try, I would definitely check this place out!

5 /5 Nicole Jones: Really great dragon passion fruit bowls. I love that they give you plenty of choices for toppings. Their protein churros were delicious too. The owners are wonderful and pleasant to talk to. Overall great atmosphere, food, and service! Will be back!

We stopped by Gainesville Hub and were immediately welcomed by the amazing owners — a husband and wife team who not only served us delicious food but also inspired us with their story. You can feel the passion they put into their restaurant, and it truly shows in both the service and the atmosphere. They were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. It’s rare to find such a genuine and lovely couple running a place with so much heart. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

5 /5 Eitan Campbell: Sadly didn’t get pictures cause we ate too fast. Food was delicious and surprisingly healthy in terms of high protein and low calorie. Atmosphere is very chill, like a cool coffee shop or hip study spot. Huge menu with tons of options to customize your own waffles, acai bowls, churros, shakes, coffee, etc. Definitely our new breakfast place.

5 /5 Melissa Cherry: GainzVille Hub is AMAZING! I stumbled upon their downtown location about a year ago when they first opened and like fine wine they’ve only gotten better with time. Visited again today with my daughter and it is such an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere with superb service. The owners truly make you feel so warm and welcomed! Now to the food — hands down the BEST protein waffle ever, açaí bowl is simply perfection, and their LIT tea is chefs kiss! 100% recommend!
