1 /5 William Clarkson: I came in around 2:30 three people behind the counter. One on the phone walking around one in the back part of the kitchen and the girl who took my order playing with her phone. I felt like I was interrupting her, she took my order which was a monster burger combo, told her I only wanted mayonnaise on it. Before she put the order through she ask if I wanted the cheese and bacon, I said yes then asked what all comes on it. She told me bacon cheese and mayonnaise, I said that’s how I want it. The order was put through. She then goes and makes my fries which sit there while the sandwich is being made. I figure they’ll be cold when I get them, I was correct, the sandwich is made and everything is bagged, I have to ask for unsweetened tea because they only have it at the drive through. I go sit down, open everything up and my sandwich doesn’t have cheese on it. So I took it back up there and asked them to put the cheese on it. I suppose I inconvenienced them some more because when she took the sandwich back to the guy in the back I could see them acting like it was my fault. I paid over seventeen dollars for crappy cold food and even worse service. I understand why fast food is dying. I won’t be wasting money here anymore.
