5 /5 Edith Granadillo: We really enjoyed our food and experience here. The waiter was very sweet and brought us a little crumb catcher to take home because we commented on it when he cleaned our table. We were celebrating a birthday and one of our desserts came with a birthday chocolate, a candle, and some dry ice to make it look fancy - and it was free! There were two things that brought our rating down a little. 1. The hosts at the front of the restaurant didn’t greet us or welcome us. We waited several minutes before they acknowledged us in any way. 2. The scallop dish that I got was WAY too salty. The scallops and the risotto both - you could visibly see the salt on the plate. Still, we would probably return for a special occasion and try some different items on the menu.

5 /5 Laina: This is a beautiful restaurant that also offers cute private dining tables, which I thought was super cute for a date night. We came for magical dining and everything from start to finish was amazing. Service was good, food and drinks were delicious as well. Highly recommend the 5 layer carrot cake for dessert.

1 /5 onthegoboomer: First let me say the beginning of the reservation was horrible! The man who is in charge of searing people and making decisions was beyond rude! I don’t expect bad behavior in a place like this but it was terrible. We had a 5:30 reservation and were finally seated at 5:50. I didn’t like the table as we were stuck where people would have been crashing into us so I asked to be moved. He came and argued with me and told me raisins all you can have except one more round table further in the restaurant. I said fine we will take it and had to wait another 10 minutes. I’ve NEVER been argued with in a 5 star restaurant and the management team needs to look at who they have talking to the patrons because this is a pervasive issue in the reviews. Jaret was our server and he was a true 10! Flawless delivery and this restaurant doesn’t deserve him. We ordered Chilean sea bass, scallops, steak and beef short ribs. The sea bass was. 3 at best. The scallops were 1 overly salted and lukewarm. The steak wasn’t cooked the way we requested and we don’t like a recooked steak so it was replaced with the short ribs but it was too tough so they replaced it with chicken! Honestly!!! Who was in the kitchen??? How does someone not know how to cook in a restaurant of this supposed caliber? All I know is our server was amazing and the highlight of then evening. He kept us from going off the deep end. I’ll never return and so not recommend this establishment.

5 /5 Tracy Truong: This place truly delivers an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. From the moment you step inside, youll be struck by how beautiful the restaurant is, creating a sophisticated yet inviting ambiance. The culinary journey here is equally impressive. The food is consistently delicious, with every dish crafted to perfection. And its not just the food – the drinks are also great, offering a fantastic selection to complement your meal. But lets talk about the dessert – its truly irresistibly delicious! Im generally not a big fan of sweets, but the warm butter cake at Ocean Prime completely won me over. I honestly couldnt stop eating it until there was nothing left! The combination of the warm cake with the ice cream is simply wonderful and a highlight of the meal. While Id rate the steak a solid 8/10 – good, but perhaps not the absolute best Ive ever had – the entire evening combined absolutely deserves a full 5 stars. This is largely thanks to the perfect service from the staff. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly elevate the experience. I will definitely be coming back to Ocean Prime!
