When we walked in, the cashier Arianna H was engaged in a personal conversation with a friend. As we stood at the counter ready to pay, she gave us an unwelcoming look and continued talking for several minutes before acknowledging us. It felt as though she expected us to use the self-checkout kiosks rather than providing basic customer service.
On a positive note, the gentleman who brought our food was excellent. He was friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond.
The main reason for this review is the lack of cleanliness, specifically the bathrooms. There is one private restroom for men and one for women. The restaurant was not busy at all just us and another couple dining so there was no excuse for the condition they were in. The bathroom was unacceptable. There appeared to be blood on the wall, on the back of the toilet, and on the floor. The toilet paper was also completely out. It raised serious concerns about how often the restrooms are cleaned, if at all.
Good food alone cannot make up for poor customer service and serious cleanliness issues. I hope management addresses these concerns promptly.
