1 /5 David Patton: Order two slushies with extra cherry and extra strawberry. They literally brought out white slushies with no syrup. Went and brought them back and asked them to be remade. He argued that they just needed to be mixed but he would add more. Brough them back out overflowing (definitely no extra syrup) and spilling all over the cup. Did not bring any napkins or apologize.

5 /5 Ashleigh Woodside: stopped here for milkshakes with my band mates, we decided to sit outside at the benches; fantastic place. As far as Sonics go, its not particularly notable (though the staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome, and the shakes were delicious). But the cool part was the parking lot (shared with some other business) had a chicken. The employees said she hung around all the restaurants like a stray cat, but a chicken. Fantastic stuff, absolutely made my day and will stop here anytime we go through this way.

1 /5 John Daniel: Horrible. Paid $15 for a classic chicken sandwich combo and isn’t even what I ordered. What a waste of time and money. Barely any chicken in these strips they put on it instead of a chicken patty and no pickles at all. And charged me for 2 sauces and only gave me 1 sauce. What a great way to spend my lunch break. Won’t be back. Edit: The store manager talked to me.And made it right, and got me when I actually ordered. Thank you!

1 /5 Stacey Herrington: Pulled in and went to the drive thru. Gentleman that came on speaker says "can i help u", we asked for a moment to look at the menu cause wed never been there and the guy says "pull over to a stall if ur not ready" RUDE! Ok? So we pull in to a stall. Pushed button and noone showed up for about 5 minutes so we decided to give the drive thru another shot to get it quicker. Again no big deal we finally ordered., then wait another 10 or so minutes to get this Sonic blast with no reeses except on the top of it ...my friend gets a shake with no straw and then the top falls off ehile trying to put it in the holder. Cripes! The Customer service here BLOWS! No smiles, no hellos, no thanks have a nice day.
