Taco Bell - Perry (FL)

1 /5 Hickey Tim (spawn33777): Here what we ordered and this is what i got. This store is getting out of hand. This iant the first time this has happening. And when we returned to fix it all lilly said is that she turned everything off. And handed free taco with my next order. She wouldnt even refund. Very sad. Plus the drive home and find out this was wrong. And she didnt answer the phone. So had to drive back up there. Plus it wasnt even closing time yet. I wanted what i oredered not free tacos. Or give me money back. Geez hat to say this but this store is getting as bad as the McDonalds here. Can some one fix this? Also i called the next day and spoke to the manager Tashina. I explained what had happened. She told me to come back and give her name and that she said that both meals would be replaced. Now my son goes the and whom ever is working tonight was very rude and gave him a hard time about this. So he called my wife and put her on speaker. So my wife explained. And that person working basically told us to tell your manager to write our names down next time. My wife replied thats not our job to tell employees how to do thier jobs. This is crazy. Its very sad how this store is being ran. Top it off if im correct a meal comes with a drink. Which was refuse cause she told th that they were getting food.

1 /5 Catherine Samosky: Where do I begin.....the taco hard shells were rancid. It smelled like rancid oil. Unable to eat 3 tacos due to shells. Ordered 2 bean burritos with extra onion. 1 was a plain burrito and the other had cheese on it, neither had onions. Missing 1 of the soft taco supremes that was ordered. Attempted to call however phone just rings and rings. The young lady at the drive thru window was very nice and professional.

1 /5 Miley Brown: We waited 30 minutes just to get food and I swear it’s only at night time when the service is horrible btw. When we order the 5 dollar box’s they didn’t even add the chips in the box and when we added extra stuff on our core they didn’t even add it. They were nice and everything but do a horrible job at what they are supposed to do.

5 /5 Cathy-Anna Braswell: The cleanest restrooms and lobby in town… friendly staff. Chris and Tameka were so kind to us. I didn’t know how to work the kiosk and they showed me. Great job!

1 /5 Luis Guillermo Jimenez Stull: Horrible Taco Bell, took over 20 minutes to get a chicken qusadilla. Staff manager was rude. Place was dirty. And they get mad and offer people refund to get out of their negligence.
