5 /5 K. Waters: Absolutely delicious! 10 out of 10 I highly recommend the mixed ceviche! It is so full of flavor and fresh. And for it being my 1st time experiencing ceviche, I have high expectations for it anywhere else now because this absolutely blew my taste buds out the park.

5 /5 Kore Explores: This place is awesome! I got the braised chicken quesadillas and the cheeckle. Very flavorful, the slaw and microgreens really add to the meal. Atmosphere is so lovely, it’s parked at First Magnitude brewery. Was biking by, heard the live music and decided to stop. So happy I did, definitely check this place out!

5 /5 Summer H.: This chef knows food. On a molecular level! We visited First Magnitude brewing during a quick visit to Gainesville and he was set up outside. Not hungry but curious, I visited him to eat what kind of dishes he creates. Fish ceviche on the menu. My interest was piqued. So I ask, what kind of fish? Fresh grouper, he says. Sold! Within 2 minutes of talking to him I was confident Id eat whatever he made and the nacho fish ceviche was out of the world phenomenal! Well done my man!

2 /5 Alyssa Harvey: For a single side of sweet plantains I waited almost an hour and the only reason I got it earlier was because I had to go up and ask them about it or else it wouldve been longer than an hour wait for a side.
