3 /5 Dr Collazo: Really big on customer service sooooo, walked into the restaurant and saw the sign that said “wait to be seated” didn’t know we would be waiting 7 min with a young man ignoring us and didn’t acknowledge that we were standing by the door until I asked “do we seat ourselves?” The response was, I’m working on a reservation and when I’m done putting it in, I will be right with you. A smile and a “welcome, someone will be right with you” would have been sufficient. The Polpo a la Medditeraneo was great. The fettuccini Alfredo with meatballs (I added a bit more salt) but was good, my wife had the eggplant Parmesan and she loved it. The portions are shareable and worth the price. The conolo was okay and cappuccino was very good. They have plenty of parking and plenty for seating. Overall, the food was good but the customer service needs adjustment.
