5 /5 Karin Dumais: My Son and I stumbled across this place while on a fishing/adventure trip. Being a take-out, pop up kind of place suited our adventurous spirit. We don’t speak Spanish so we just said “surprise us with food for 2 hungry travellers” and we were treated to an assortment of amazing Mexican creations. Everything was delicious. And the characters that ran the place were super friendly and authentic. The prices were low for the quality of the food. We were so impressed that we made it a point to return for lunch the next day on our way to Orlando. We ordered our favorite dish from the day before and they didn’t have any of the shells so they were made right there from scratch! The food was great and people-watching the locals and chatting with the owners made it a special memory. We asked about the orange trees since we don’t have those back home and one of the guys picked us a huge bag full for the trip - so thoughtful. There is no question we will be talking about this place for a long time and if we come back to Florida we will return for sure. Perfect place to stop by during an adventure. Highly recommend.
