Susan Negele Made an appointment and called to verify a few days later and was told I didnt have that appointment anymore and wanted me to come in 4 days later. Ridiculous.

Friendly Local Pessimist I had a patient of mine who has terminal cancer come in today absolutely in tears and devastated. When I asked why she said it’s because a sensor light in her car came on, and her late husband used to take care of those things. She took her car to a provider and they told her she needed to pay $4000 for a new part and if she did that she wouldn’t be able to pay for her cancer treatment. I recommended she come here as the owner won’t try to take advantage of her. She came back later to tell me this place charged her nothing and that she didn’t even need a new part. She did want me to let you know she might be bringing you cookies. Thank you for taking care of her.

Amanda Phillips The ABSOLUTE best customer service! They were upfront with what I could expect, my truck was fixed fast, there was constant communication throughout the entire process, and no decisions were made without my input. It looks good as new! There wasnt a single thing I would have changed about this experience. I would 100% recommend them for any body work you need.

Elisa Biase I brought my vehicle in to him he had over 5 weeks to make repairs. When he made repairs my bumper didnt match the color of my paint white bumper didnt match the trunk!!. The front hood wasnt aligned he forgot a sensor needed repair missed my door and took forever to repair it. He makes excuses for all of the work Id never return there or trust his work again Im contacting my attorneys and insurance company and making formal complaints theyll never use him again they wanted to use their company i used Tony to be nice give him a chance. Then he refused to take the car and fix the errors he said i was in my own lol. A 2024 Camry brand new 9000 miles hes a bum, a liar and hes dishonest and makes up stories to accommodate his errors. I just moved here from Ct had an amazing repair man this guy i used in Ct 20 years never an issue!! i dont know how hes still even open for business. He now only missed my sensor repair i brought it to his attention Again the door , trunk and hood he made excuses wont fix it Im on my own!! MY Ct AUTO BODY guy took care of it all then returned my car he then when it came time to picking up my car ALL WOEK WAS DONE HOW It SHOULD be done !! i had my rental for 2 months Corey made excuses that I rushed him. He had it for 5 weeks lol...Im a lot smarter than he is his work is awful he cant be trusted id never return my car there if he was the last auto body shop in Fla

Megan Kirschner Why Toyota would put spark plugs inside an engine where you cant even see them is a mystery to me. But the guys at Abel took care of it for less $$ than anticipated. They are an honest and wise auto repair shop. Hard to find even one of those qualities anywhere anymore. Thanks Abel Automotive!

blake chismar Not sure where they get there parts but new brake rotors shouldn’t have any surface rust on them. If you were to buy rotors from any online shop they would come looking brand new nice and shiny. Not the case with there rotors. It’s hard even telling if they’re new or just flipped/resurfaced.

Daniel Lee DJs need a 6 star rating on good service. Price was fair! They swapped out a motor for me. I will use them if I ever have any more vehicle issues.

Zachary Rigsby I had a transmission pan leak on my ‘99 Jeep Grand Cherokee after a recent service, and Eric at Steve’s Auto Repair went above and beyond to make it right. He clearly communicated what the issue was — a warped aftermarket pan — and replaced it with a new one along with a high-quality cork gasket. The repair was done promptly, and I wasn’t charged anything extra. It’s rare to find a shop that stands behind their work like this. I really appreciated the honesty, professionalism, and great customer service. Highly recommend!

JoAnne Gantzhorn I didnt personally use this repair shop, my daughter did. In a nutshell she needed several things done and had a budget already in place, so she was concerned about having to choose which Services she could get done and stay in budget. Now my daughter is 25 years old, she usually used to her father working on her car, but it wasnt possible at this time. The technician basically gave her a nice price to allow her to get all these important Services done so her car would continue to ride safe. And I truly appreciate that. Cassandra Kipp if I could give them a zero I would. I took my dads old jeep to get fixed and trusted them to try to see if they can fix it. They were not able to fix it. when I went to pick it up and had it towed back to my house, wires were hang out of the dashboard and under the hood engine area. the bumper is falling off now.. I am not upset that they could not fix it, its the fact they did not put it back together the way it was before I took it to them...

Cherie Calvird I just love that I found this honest and friendly auto repair shop just a mile from my home. They put tires on all the way around and checked my ac. The AC just needed freon and thats all they did. Wasnt overcharged at all. I can now breathe easier after finding this shop!
