In a nutshell she needed several things done and had a budget already in place, so she was concerned about having to choose which Services she could get done and stay in budget. Now my daughter is 25 years old, she usually used to her father working on her car, but it wasnt possible at this time. The technician basically gave her a nice price to allow her to get all these important Services done so her car would continue to ride safe. And I truly appreciate that. Cassandra Kipp: if I could give them a zero I would. I took my dads old jeep to get fixed and trusted them to try to see if they can fix it. They were not able to fix it. when I went to pick it up and had it towed back to my house, wires were hang out of the dashboard and under the hood engine area. the bumper is falling off now.. I am not upset that they could not fix it, its the fact they did not put it back together the way it was before I took it to them...

blake chismar: Not sure where they get there parts but new brake rotors shouldn’t have any surface rust on them. If you were to buy rotors from any online shop they would come looking brand new nice and shiny. Not the case with there rotors. It’s hard even telling if they’re new or just flipped/resurfaced.

We ordered the very expensive part and he found that it was actually a damaged wire. He told us to return the part...he could have easily kept it or the old one as the part is fir a 2004 truck and very hard to find. Very honest, very reasonable. Highly recommend.
