Efrain Padilla H&R Automotive is the best shop for honest and reliable service. While other service centers tried to push unnecessary repairs and overpriced parts, Rohan was the complete opposite. He took time to check my car while working on another one, quickly gave me a free and honest itemized breakdown of what was actually needed, and charged a very fair price. He even adjusted the final cost because the job took less time than expected. If you want a mechanic who’s honest, fair, and professional, Rohan is the ideal mechanic to trust.

Many times going to a mechanic alone as a woman can be frustrating and disheartening because they often times try to intimidate or pressure you into things that you don’t need. Sid mounedji I have nothing negative to say about this family owned business . Ivan the owner is an honest, professional gentleman that’s been working on cars for decades . A year ago I was referred to him by a dear friend that worked on his cars for a long time , i’ve been using him since ,and I never been disappointed. Fair prices, very clean and guarantee his work. I feel embarrassed for not taking the time to leave a review till today . but to be honest I left my car there to be fixed for the fist time on the weekend So I want to find out what time he closes on Saturday , I did not want to bother him over te phone so i went to his website, and I saw this negative review from an individual that said that he spoke to a lady there. There is no females working in the shop it’s either him or his son at front. The other guys are always in the back working .

Angela Masocol Tony was an Angel! After an exhausting few days of trying to find someone to fix my son’s truck (water pump leak), he answered and we exchanged information by text. I honestly was so exhausted from many repair shops that were really busy so I didn’t really expect an answer so quick. Contacted him Saturday and we scheduled to begin work on Monday morning 8:30am. He was prompt and very communicative. He completed the replacement of water pump and serpentine belt. He then followed up to make sure no leaks. No leaks and everything was great! Whew! I feel comfortable knowing my son’s truck is back up and running while I’m away at work. He even gave us tips on routine maintenance etc. He was very honest and so kind. Kinda cool watching him work. Reminded me so much of my dad. So kind and never made me feel I was an inconvenience. What a blessing!

Stephanie Morales Yépez This place is great! My car (2003 Honda) needed a couple of things fixed and the AC was not working at all. Gerardo helped us and was an honest and fair mechanic. I often times struggle with mechanics trying to overcharge me or tell me that “I just need a new car” but Gerardo was honest, nice and respectful and fixed my car and AC! The price was also fair and they offer a 3 month warranty. I will definitely be coming back!

falon carter I recently got my oil changed there, and knew nothing about the entire process. Dillon very kindly educated me on the process, left nothing to be figured out, and was quick and thorough. the price was amazing as well! because i’ve definitely been quoted way more. great family owned and operated shop. i wholeheartedly recommend.

Charles Dudley Started off with good service until a year ago when their mechanic screwed up the AC system and a few other issues while repairing my radiator. BIG issue with communication where the manager consistently lied to me about when the car would be done for the 4 weeks they had the car. Fast forward to March 25, 2025 when I dropped it off to get the AC repaired because the other shop couldnt do the work. As of today, 6/22/25 I have had 23 phone calls with them and only spoken to them 3 times. They keep blowing off the work and it has been 14 weeks so far. I even gave them the high pressure liquid line for the AC system! Sadly, attorney may be next just so they make good on their warranty.

Doru Murariu Ive been to places where mechanics suggest work on the car that is not necessary, but at Rennnen Auto Services, I have never experienced that. Harold is very knowledgeable especially with Diesel and European cars. Although he is very busy, he always takes the time to explain the issue and what he recommends to be done. I have been a customer since 2021, and I am very satisfied with both the car service and customer service.

Kim Dodson Weve been bringing our cars here for about 15 years, they always go above and beyond to take care of any issues for the best possible price. They never suggest anything that isnt absolutely necessary and they treat you like family. Both of our cars are over 20 years old and still run like new thanks to Smittys. Well never go anywhere else!

Kraken Auto & Collision Last month I went on vacation with my family to Kissimmee Florida and a family members car had an issue with a speed sensor. I purchased the part at advance auto and scheduled an installation with Mr. Munoz over the phone. I explained to him the situation and Mr. Munoz was very friendly and eager to help me. He told me to bring it in the next day. The next day I drove to Mr. Munoz shop and was greeted by a friend of his and was asked to wait for Mr. Munoz as he will be right with me. The offered me Ice cold water as it was a very humid hot day. Mr. Munoz finally came out and quickly took my vehicle in and started working on it. He installed my part and test drove the vehicle. The issue continued and the vehicle kept stalling. The hub needed to be replaced as well. I know this because I own a shop here in NY. I never said this to Mr. Munoz. He did all the talking and explained the issue that needed to be addressed in order to complete the repair. Mr. Munoz in my opinion is very honest and fair with his prices. He never over sold anything and was up front with everything. I would recommend Mr. Munoz for auto repair and I will be stopping by in the future to at least say hello. Thank you !!!

Acc0rd79 Jay has worked on 2 of my older Honda Preludes. He has put a new AC in one and fixed the ball joint and door locks in another. I had my car back a day and a half after it was towed to his shop! Highly recommended unlike so many other terrible repair shops I have dealt with in Kissimmee. He isnt lazy and actually wants to do work!

Andrew hurst My wife and I just had our car repaired last week before our trip to Orlando. Total was over 900 dollars, but had to get it done. We ended up breaking down from an oil leak once we arrived in Orlando. I searched for neaby mechanics who could possibly evaluate and/or repair it. I found M.R. Auto Tec with a 5 star review and didnt hesitate. Once he looked over the car, he gave me an honest opinion and advice to keep oil in it and keep an eye on it since I need to get it back to the mechanic who owes me a full explanation. Auto Tec stated the parts were still under warranty and he wouldnt want to come that. I truly appreciate and respect the honesty instead of fixing the car and charging me a great deal. I only wish Auto Tec was in my town as I would absolutely take any vehicle to them. Thank you so much for your information, opinion and ideas. Your business is a respectable one.

Tony Campbell I brought my car in last week to have the headlight assembly replaced. The wrong headlight assembly was installed and it doesn’t match the original one. I have called to get resolution on it two or three times and no one will call me back. The light works great and they did good work if only it were the right part. They had given me an estimate to do Further work, but I feel reticent to continue with these guys if they won’t call me back.
