Hugh Bowen After leaving a message after hours on Friday, concerned I may have an oil leak where there had been one in the past, they called me back Monday morning and told me I could bring my car in right away for an evaluation about the potential leak. After confirming there was no leak, but that the cars engine is at an age that is normally going to burn oil, they gave me a diagnostic report that would normally cost $200 for free! They also gave me estimates on work that may need to be done in the near future! I will definitely be returning for my scheduled maintenance and thanks for your generous assistance today, all at no charge!

Greg Schmid Excellent communication, explanation and customer service. These are your European car specialists and youll find honesty and transparency thats hard to find. Had our BMW here twice and both times, quick turnaround. Have your maintenance done HERE, it will save you money by avoiding future repairs as they spot things that need attention.

Detailing God Louis worked on my 2005 Chevy suburban replace the whole front end suspension and did the rear differential seal amazing work very friendly knows what hes doing recommended. And prices are super amazing he works with you in every ways and can beat that bro awesome guy. thank you Louis from the Escobar family.

Carrie Johnson My Dad has a 2009 Volco C70 hard top convertible and the headliner came down, after days of trying to find anywhere that had the clips needed to put it back up he ran across Bill and not only did he have the clips he was nice enough to send them to my Dad no charge, he was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about what my Dad needed. If we lived in Florida we would definitely take his volvo there for any and all repairs. I highly recommend taking your imports to him. Top notch guy!!

Ciara Siebert Went to get my tires checked, as I knew I had a slow leak in them. The guys found 2 screws in both of my rear tires and were able to patch it up for me. I was ready to pay for the patch and they ended up doing it on the house for me! I was very shocked and grateful at the kindness. Definitely will be returning to get future work done on my car. Brian Kerby Blake and the guys did a great job on my diesel truck at Expert Car Care. I was tired of going to the dealership and needed my 150k mile service and had to get my front end looked at due to wobbling on the highway. They did a great job of getting my truck in and diagnosing the problem and even went so far as to send me videos of parts for replacement and detailed costs via email. One of the techs even stayed late on Saturday night to get me back on the road because they had to wait for a part. Overall amazing experience and will definitely be back.

Damaris Loperena I had a great experience having my transmission repaired through this company. I dealt with Steve and he was pleasant in getting the claim process initiated for me and they had a really quick turnaround in getting my car back to me. When I went to pick up my car and pay the deductible, Manley was amazing at noticing something extra on my bill that the insurance should have covered and went above and beyond to hop on a call with the claims adjuster to figure it out for me. Great people all around, I would definitely recommend them!

Well I will say that other repair shop should come and see what Johnny and his crew are doing and take note of the way they take care of its customers to actually be successful. I am from Orlando but I stay now In Tallahassee now. In one of my trips to Orlando my Mitsubishi 3000GT overheated and I was stranded for a night in a Wawa gas station. Next morning I called around other repair shops and they all addressed my situation as if I was an inconvenience to them. HOWEVER, when I called N&G not only they understood my situation, but they provided me with immediate solutions through a 3rd party towing company and within a few hours my vehicle was in their shop. Johnny saw the situation with my car and explained everything to me, every detail and he set proper expectations. I can safely say that he took the right approach. In my opinion , he under promised and over delivered with my repairs. Price wise: His prices are on point with industry standards pricing. I had research online what would cost me to get the repairs the night before when my whole situation happened, and I can safely say that his prices are affordable. What I most like about his approach was that he didnt try to over sell me with other non essential recommendations as many other repair shops try to do. He explained what I needed and thats what we agreed on. However, by the way that he took care of me, I would of expect that the cost would of been more. I am a business owner myself, and the key to success to any business in any industry is to make the customer feel appreciated , to deliver clear expectation to the customer so they feel at ease and to deliver in what they recommend. My situation was not easy easy being that my car is 28 years old, however we both partnered up in looking for parts around the city and we made it happened. By the way Jhonnys mom makes the best Coffee that I have ever drank in my life. ( Dont let my wife know that) and no I am not a Boomer lol!!! I am in Tallahassee now like I said, however I would gladly travel to Orlando just to get my car tuned up by them anytime. His business is 100% incredible. Thank you Johnny!
