Pat Fogel As always, Empire Auto is great! Went in for an oil change, to have hood prop-up rod replaced or repaired, have non-spraying washer fluid problem fixed, and to have tail light replaced that was out. Empire addressed everything needed in a timely fashion while I waited. In addition, they let me know that my wiper blades were worn out, so I had them replaced as well. Andy Feinberg I’ve tried several repair shops in this anrea, independent and dealer. Mr. D was head and shoulders above the rest. He and his other mechanics, including family, work incredibly hard, solved a very complicated problem at a much more reasonable cost than other shops I have tried. he’s also a really nice guy. I talked to several other customers at the shop who had the same experience. He’s been there for something like 26 years I think, and the extremely high ratings speak for themselves. I want to add my “5 stars” to that.

Shantae D Update: I didn’t have to pay the extra fee, since I was there until closing. As far as the alignment, and driving my car for a full day and a half. I feel a difference, but my car isn’t as secure as it should. Still veering off to the right a bit. I have gotten an alignment before for this same car, and it felt more secure. The “first come first serve” is not working for this facility. I’m sure it’s burning out its employees. I know for certain upon being here for 4 almost 5 hours is obscene. I purchased a Groupon, read the fine print and did expect to pay a bit extra for the tire size I have. I was told it would be 2 hours, I accepted because I am in dire need of an alignment. As we speak I still sit here, the last person on this property that is a customer. Word of advice, implement appointments on most days, and first come first serve, on some days. I haven’t even spent this much time at the doctor’s office or DMV combined. I’m just a girl, but an alignment, brakes, oil services are cake walk for a mechanic. At this point I shouldn’t even be charged the extra $40 on top of the $40 I paid for the alignment. Safe to say, I will not be coming back here, but appreciate the effort of the receptionist. But this place sucks, I’m so sorry to say. Get organized, and fast! Maybe your revenue will increase

They do a thorough job, just like a factory dealer is supposed to do, but at a much more affordable price. How the previous reviewer can leave a negative review for a business he’s never used speaks more to the quality of the reviewer than the business. I bet he’s already been asked not to come back to the Jeep dealer. If price is his main concern, I know a guy that “fixes” cars under a tree in his front yard but the reviewer probably wouldn’t like the neighborhood.

They gave me a quote that seemed fair and had it fixed by next morning. Didn’t try to push other stuff on me which I appreciated. Place was clean and the guy explained what happened in a way I actually understood. Car’s been running fine since. I’m always nervous going to auto shops but this one made it easy. I’d go back again if anything else breaks down. Good experience overall.

I look on the Internet for a reputable repair shop. It appeared to me based on the reviews and services performed that Patriot Auto Care was the best choice. I spoke to Alex and explained the issue I was having. He said his team would look at my Jeep. I received a call from Alex a couple hours later. Alex explained to me that the shifter bushing had went bad. Alexs team fixed the issue the same day because Alex understood time was of the essence for me. I was put at ease when I spoke to Jeffrey (Owner and Operator). He was very meticulous and thorough when he explained what needed to be done. He was very considerate of my situation. There was a lot of work to be done. After I let him know about my financial situation, he advised me that safety was the priority and what needed to be done within my budget. I appreciated his honesty. I have had a terrible experience with another Mechanic Shop and I feel blessed that I now have reliable, competent, knowledgeable, and professional auto care for my car. Patriot Auto Care went above and beyond customer service. To go into some of the work they did was a clutch master cylinder, and clutch slave cylinder to name a few things.. (which I had first had "fixed" by another shop which I will not go to again because they did more damage and botched it up, TWICE, and recommended work I did not need). To continue the amazing service I received by Patriot Auto Care, Jeffrey(Owner) had me come by the shop 4 days later just to make sure everything was working properly.
